Value of bitcoin has dropped to 30% today from thursday. It hit the record of $2700 and now has dropped to 30% by today. A broad range of cryptocurrencies like ripple, dash,monero etc have dropped their value and in most cases even more steeply.

Healthy diet includes all the nutrients required for us in daily needs. Its the best way to stay healthy. It needs decipline and self control. It is very essential for us to take balanced diet daily and this requires all the food stuffs having all essential nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals etc. Other than this daily exercise is also needed to stay healthy.
