1  Economy / Services / Re: No more signature campaign for Jr.members on: January 25, 2018, 11:42:30 PM
I think it's for the best. Many users who participated in this forum has the intention to earn from signature campaigns.

I've read that merits are given to those people who deserves it. Based on your post I don't think you are.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Potential on: January 15, 2018, 03:36:19 PM
Bitcoin potential is to to stay the main pair traded at criptocurrency exchanges. BTC price potential - I think it is up to 30k $ per 1 BTC in this year

Yes, I believe it too. And not just that. There are many crypto experts who believes that bitcoin will reach $60K this year. No matter what they would believe but hte only way is up for bitcoin. You will just wake up oneday bitcoin is already used for daily use.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Many new rich people are created from Bitcoin on: January 14, 2018, 11:57:58 AM
I agree to this, there are many people who hold bitcoin when its price was very low. I remember reading a post about a person owning 1700 bitcoin when its price was 2$ only. If you'll put that scenario on today's price, that person was already a millionaire! Same goes with other wise holder.

5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you are weak get the hell out of Cryptocurrency. on: January 12, 2018, 04:19:14 PM
True. Those who are weak will just add up to the tension of many. Investing is risk taking. You are just waiting you time you are doubtful

6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Hold? on: January 12, 2018, 01:50:53 PM
I understand what you are saying. But I must say that if you are believing in alts, then you should believe on the first there was. You should be wanting bitcoins. Right now, it's on its dip then it is a good opportunity right now. Hold btc guys.

Yeah, it happened several time and after a dip a big rise happen. Turned out to be a regret for many who panicked just because there's a dip in the price of bitcoin. There are so many cryptocurrencies where we can invest. There's so much choice but bitcoin is still incomparable.
7  Local / Pamilihan / Re: LITCOIN.PH vs COINS.PH vs. BUYBITCOIN.PH on: January 12, 2018, 04:44:25 AM
Never heard about Litcoin and buybitcoin. Coins.ph lang ata ang familiar ako. Anyways, sa tingin ko kung legitimacy ang paguusapan coins.ph talaga ang maganda. Accepted na siya ng BSP and government kaya sure ka.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 09:42:54 AM
I think the main goal of many of us here is to gain profit. We want to earn bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because we need money to achieve our goals. And I also believe that cryptocurrencies is the best way to achieve your dreams faster. Bitcoin is also an asset.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Etherium to reach bitcoin on: January 10, 2018, 04:00:57 AM
I thinl it could reach the price of bitcoin but wont have the same price as bitcoin have. Bitcoin is still on top. Etherium is a great investment right now. If I got a chance invest this time I would choose to buy ETH because the price is rising from time to time. But I still believe in bitcoin!
10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could ‘easily double’ in 2018, says Fundstrat’s Tom Lee on: January 10, 2018, 01:43:03 AM
Sometimes it is hard to believe in all kinds bullish predictions especially in times of uncertainty in the bitcoin market, or in any cryptocoin market.

Tom Lee is like a drowning man trying to call the attention of an ocean liner. Is he a good swimmer hehehe?

On a near-term basis, Lee expects bitcoin to reclaim its December high. "We think that by mid-2018, we're going to be part of the way there, and that's why we get [bitcoin to $20,000]," he said. "If [bitcoin] can actually rise close to [that $20,000 level] in the first half of this year, I think in the second half of 2018, we'll see a move bigger than that," Lee said. "So I think bitcoin is still something you should own [all year]."

Too many predictions and FUD about bitcoin. Some says it is bubble but I believe those who thinks that bitcoin could actually double its price this 2018. It is already proven. Though there are news about bitcoin that makes it drop I still believe that bitcoin will overcome and easily recover.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: CRYPTOCURRENY TAX DILEMMA on: January 09, 2018, 04:10:47 AM
Hello! I am a Filipino currently residing and working in the UK. I have been investing into crypto since November 2017. I use a USA-based Gemini exchange to deposit GBP and get me started with crypto investing. Now what if I make 1M USD profit out of a coin? What are the tax implications?
.
SITUATION A
If I convert BTC to USD in my Gemini exchange, will that already be subjected to tax? Will USA tax me considering I do not reside there? Now of course I have to transfer the money to my UK bank. If my UK bank receives it, will I have to declare the money as capital gains taxable to HMRC? Or is it treated as betting/gambling wins, therefore free of tax?
.
SITUATION B
If I send BTC to coins.ph (Philippine Digital currency exchange), then convert it to PHP, will that give me max profit considering the new tax scheme under TRAIN law?
.
Basically, I want to know the best way to lessen the amount of tax that I have to pay. Do I have to record every trade transactions that I make? Because I will start now if I have to.
Thanks ever so much to anyone who will answer.

Tax does not apply to bitcoin. Only if you store your bitcoin in a government base. The tax will be charge. I know friends who earn bitcoin but foea not pay their taxes. Since the government are not aware of it maybe.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is BTC fluctuating SO MUCH? on: January 08, 2018, 10:44:34 AM
Eversince bitcoin started, its nature characteristics is that it is very volatile and it price is changing from yime to time. And we are aware of it for sure. There are many predictions this year that the price of bitcoin will rise to 60K$.

15  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: December 06, 2017, 04:51:16 AM
I must agree that the world will never be the same as before. But right now, base from the curremt situation of bitcoin. I do not see it yet that it will crash that hard. The demand is still high and getting higher unlike before.
16  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE HACKERS/SCAMMERS AROUND THE WORLD. on: December 06, 2017, 01:43:12 AM
Do not expect these people to say sorry and stop on what they're doing. People do such things because of greediness to money, selfishness and personal interest. They are not thinking if they are harming other people. And these people do not consider others. The world is getting worst and worst. It's unstoppable.
