Nice thread to read, thanks for sharing!

The good step is to make a deep research of successful ICO examples, including analyzing all the projects that have been failed as well (which were not a scam), to itemize the reasons, mistakes etc...

Absolutely support the previous comment

Should admit, the deadlines are quite short..

A small tip for you - pay attention on the perspective of ICO itself first, sometimes bounty campaigns are really attractive, but the project has no future at all. So find the rating of the best ICOs and then make a choice between their programs. Good luck!)

Hey! You do a really useful thing dev, but it would look more reliable, if you show your team, your experts, and give more details of rating..Anyway, good luck with your project!

Articles, translations, youtube promotion and telegram channels work good.. just make sure that you've organized clear bounty campaign with transparent requirements and terms and so on

Although we can observe how new attractive coins appears every day, and I also have big hope on some of them, the Bitcoin is still the most reliable, i consider...

Good day! I really like your concept. Looked through your road map and wanted to find a little bit more details about each step, but couldn't open the whitepaper link... hope you'll fix it. Meanwhile looking forward to your campaign... Good luck!;)

Hey! Great job! I would also join if it's still relevant....

Although it seems quite obvious, but, as far as I know, no one has created a separate recruiting platform for crypto freelancers yet. I'm sure the service will be in a great demand. Hope you will get a good start-list to develop your idea. Good luck!)

That's what I was looking for! Thanks a lot for your job! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

When the ICOs are regulated, the picture will clear up more. Now, it's a highly risky option to deal with ICOs, or you should make a big exploration to find the reliable one. But in any case, crypto is not close to death at all.

I'm not sure as well, that all of them are scams. Sometimes I face really ridiculous projects and don't even take them seriously, but then I see how they are attracting more and more investments. Therefore, it's interesting to hear the third party's evaluation, especially different from yours. Thanks for sharing:)

Absolutely agree that it will be good in legality perspective...of course, it will take a long time to bring the reform to perfection, and to exclude all loopholes for scammers, as well as all the attendant bureaucracy will slow down the ICO's development, but still..the investments are going to be more reliable and prospective
