Funny how people says its scam without proof .... i remember regal coin .... lucky i didn't listen people like you and bought some ....
For me, i hold more than 21000 btbc at this moment and happy with them, even if it just reach 10 $.
I bought REC for 0,0002 btc a coin, it is at 0,00627 at this moment

Some project are scam, some others no, Electroneum, Bitbase, Regalcoin ..... are surely not.

Stay out of it and try to make money with BTC or Eth, for me, i want a big growing project and this is one of them ....
