Guys, pffffff, this just totally made me break my keyboard: (Well, I hit it so hard the C is broken, had anotherone lying around) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263893.0Why the FUCK did we even order the pieces of shit of vdragon, we knew I would take a few more weeks then he said... Well there's no reason to get frustrated. We didn't know that the price was going to drop at that time, plus this online shop didn't exist. If it existed in the first place, people wouldn't have to resort to group orders at that extent. exactly ![Angry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/angry.gif) Hmm, true, but still, if you think of it, the price drop of these things is gigantic... Well if we want to be fair that makes sense too. The difficulty is rising like crazy, so in order to break even, you have to spend a lot of time. Dropping the prices is the only way for this miner to stay competitive.

To whom it may concern
xgtele's official statement
If you are UK/EU police officer or private investigator conducting an investigation of vdragon's scam criminal case, I am willing to help you and answer to all your questions, if any. PM me anytime.
In addition to motivate you to work "outside the box", I am offering an appreciation award in the amount of 50% of my coins which returned back to me as the result of your hard work. I lost 14.24 btc. If you return me all of them, I will immediately transfer the award in the amount of 7.12 btc to any bitcoin wallet of your choice.
Thank you for your time.
xgtele
The above statement fully covers me so I'm also offering half of my loss for this cause, which results to 3.115 btc

Btw If you look at the hotmail headers, it reports as encoding iso-8859-2 which is the encoding used in some languages including Hungarian. So there might be some truth that he is indeed from Hungary. Please do have a look and verify or not my finding

Damn, I knew something is wrong. Try to contact peoples who paid him cash and bank transfer. You can get more details easily.
We did but it is a possibility that all these (four) people are the scammer himself pretending to be a customer. We'll see.

For people based in the UK there is a site called actionfraud where you can report online fraud. I'm not sure btc scams are recognised as a form of electronic fraud but we can give it a go.

Maybe yxt could ask friedcat for 350 erupters for us with much lower price and distribute it for all scammed guys? I am scammed too, 6 usb ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) That would be nice but they are not a charity. Although to be honest when I saw yxt posting in this thread, it strengthened my belief that this is not a scam. Oh well we took our risks and lost, although I would like to see this guy prosecuted somehow.

I really hope he isn't shitting us, I'll be mad as fuck...
Edit: Wait a sec, he has a Electronic store, and his website is under his profile name, someone who was picking it up locally can go to the store and ask what the freak he is doing.
And what makes you think that it really is his shop? It can be just any random shop he chose to put there. It's our fault that we didn't ask any proof or credentials. I'm guessing even some of his "customers" in the list that have paid via SEPA do not exist. I hope I'm proven wrong but till then, well played vdragon...

But before he start, he should at least payed and contacted yxt? is in't possible idd to drive that distance in one day...
exactly. these should have been paid for before he even set off. unless he was going to be paying for them in cash when he got there. The fact he hasnt even logged on to this forum since or contacted yxt to say anything isnt a great sign ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) im more worried that he may have been in a wreck i have been reading all his old post it does not seem like hes the kind of person to rip us off... we will find out but i think some thing happen on the drive or some thing In that case, we can always phone his shop and find out if he's OK. He did work in a pc hardware shop right?

Don't panic
Anyway if he takes it i think yxt will send message or vdragon will send a quick message from yxt's house.
2000km i a long trip
Time will see
I for my part will let him in peace till saturday
Well nothing can been done anyway, but let's face it the odds are against us.

I want to let you know:
vdragon has not paid and has not contacted me. So we have not met today.
So do we have any other means to contact him other than this thread?

Going to do some personal things, and I will be back to close the group buy after that. LAST CALL. After that, since I reserved some aditional quantities (extra 100 pieces), the group buy is open ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY IN AND WHO HAVE CONTACTED ME UP TO THIS POINT. About 70 of that quantity is kind of reserved for the three people I contacted already and that are waiting on gox and coinlenders. I want to have a quiet weekend with my family, so no more new orders, the 1150 number is final. We are paying on Monday, and I will most likely be driving to yxt on Tuesday to pickup everything, so that people can have their erupters delivered to them by Friday. Thank you everybody for making this happen.
Wow isn't that a day trip driving back and forth? Thanks for everything so far vdragon.

Hmm just realized you were talking about the reverse order Euros -> btc, while I was talking about btc->Euros. My bad

Updated and group but will be open till friday morning 9am CET, since some people started their sepa transfers few days ago to gox, but still didnt get the money to buy btc. But at friday morning I am closing it, we will most likely be at 1050 till then
SEPA transfers at the moment need more than a month to get processed by mtgox BTW. I received a payment last week for an order I had placed on the first days of June.

Here you are: a 0-fee sir http://ifile.it/jyzwhpi . I'll talk to luke about the eligius version and make a binary soon. Just out of curiosity, I tested your binary. My 'getwork' issue is resolved with it. Could you please send the source used to compile it? I'd like to do a diff on it and the official release :-/ Sure, no need to upload the whole source, i just downloaded the zip file from the first post and in main.h changed the line that read return dPriority > COIN * 144 / 250; into : return true; This patch was proposed by the user Raulo here, and is not mine.
