A digital currency designed for one purpose, to show a simple model of how a centralized bank or government controlled digital currency would actually look like, with the true purpose of exemplifying centralization by having a

• Virtual board of directors
• On demand coin issuance
• Monitor-able coin burning
• Asset liquidation and freezing
• Taxation depending on total balance
• Takeover balance nullification
• Network destruction
• Coin locking and interest generation (loan issued through total coins locked)

As of now.... we really don't have much to go on - but its a project we want to follow and develop as the interest in blockchain technology is increasing among corporations and governments respectively, the idea was to fork BitCoin and it show all that they can achieve...
