This is very interesting project because clout is a blockchain based platform that promotes the cryptocurrency communities growth and is committed to providing users with quality information in this massively growing space. I hope this ico can success and can reach hardcap
They had potential but previous they faced some problems with their ICO and now they came back with necessary action to develop the product in quality way. So did they announce when they are going to start their ICO? Isnt the ICO still ongoing? When I checked the website for the last time it was still ongoing. Actually I just checked now and the countdown is still running. Three days left. Maybe this is only pre-ico. Isnt the ICO date announced yet? Looking forward to CLOUT disrupting crypto news and bringing it to a whole other level. ICO was supposed to have been cancelled base on the internal problem they had within the project, this i had in their telegram group which am sure must have been updated here for the sakes of investors who are not in telegram, the ico was schedule for a later date which i don't know if has been Announce yet, the price was readjusted too for the ico. We are sorry for any and all delays, an official announcement IS coming soon as we are almost finished putting the team back together with committed and motivated members. ICO updates are coming, stay tuned! |

hello dev, i want to inquire about the clarity of this project. and what about the result of bounty? if ICO is correct, then please give correct accurate explanation. whether there will be payment on bounty that I do, and when will be distributed  As you can see, there is 2 rounds for the bounty. 150k tokens will be spread out over the first round, which has ended. 1st round participants will receive their tokens starting the 17th of December. I've been reviewing this project since the PRE-ANN and it looks very promising but you guys need more info.
Specifically, is a soft-cap and hard-cap, and if so, what are they?
Inquiring minds want to know!
The total token sale soft cap is US$200MM, with the allowance for an additional US$138MM beyond that cap. The full token price is $0.14, and the total budgeted tokens are 11.8227 Billion Tokens. The supply is fixed. Crowd Machine Tokens (CMT) will be created post the token sale event. Tokens not sold will not be created. Sounds like a solid plan! |

I guess crypto community is so busy with trading they can't pay attention to quality. You need focused people to invest in CLOUT and that initially can better start with institutional investors who can dedicate resources for that
