Anyone knows whether there are good guides on how to create your own token and start an ICO on the NEO platform?

Is it perhaps as easy as doing it on the Ethereum platform with their ERC20 Standard? And I'm seeing any random person can create a token on ethereum. Wondering if NEO allows that too or if it is more restricted due to its centralised nature

Where is that 1000 eth contribution, am not seeing it hahahaha
