I would like to state Arklan has posted updates every step of the way, and if everyone followed the thread like I had, all their answers about this "delay" in shipping would already be answered.

Are there things that could have happened better?  Yes.
Do I think I could have done a better job than Arklan? No.

I am still pleased with Arklan's performance in this group buy.  I have 100% confidence in Arklan at this point.

I have to say I agree. Shipping stuff not prepped is a slight mix up, but this buy has done very well overall with communication.

I also agree that he is doing just fine and is well within what was previously outlined when we all bought-in on this.
In fact i was one of the first to stick up for the guy.

I am simply stating business ethics until my last post was taken out of context. There is a difference between what should have been done and what is obligated to do.

What the FUCK people?  Remember how long other people are waiting for ASIC's?  You are complaining about a few days delay?  Other offers are on a 6 month delay.  NUT THE FUCK UP!

So if you ordered food at a restaurant and it took 10 hours for it to be served,  it would be ok if the waiter gave you an excuse of "well, the other restaurant down the street doesn't even have food to sell, so be happy"

Are you insane?!

What any other "company" does has nothing to do with this and is completely anecdotal. We all purchased from this "company" because of the terms outlined on the previous posts. Anything outside of that is technically a breach of contract despite what other "companies" have done.

from this 'company' ??  are you fuckin mad??

this thread has gone to shit with every tom dick and harry now a middle manager..  NONE of you would of stepped up to the plate to run all this for so long and now you all grab the whip

You should of ponied up and bought 300 yourselves if you are such big talkers

sit the hell down and stop asking 'are we there yet'

wack jobs

The term was used to show contrast and is in quotes for a reason. I cant believe this, If you are this lazy about a 100,000$+ transaction, you are mad.

It is called "business" whether it is one guy in his apartment or a "company"

especially after you payed for the food upfront, and you were told your food would be delivered in less than an hour before you purchased it

Are you insane?!

i just want to know why packaging wasnt ready.  once you opened the 200, it should have went straight into packages and to the mail.

So, NOTHING was mailed yesterday?  No one will get their miners now until Tuesday at the earliest?  That's disappointing.

I will simply say that having the long weekend to pack them all up, I would expect some serious up rising if they do not all get shipped bright and early on Tuesday.

Stay positive people.

5?  then why are you mining with 8?

Stop bullying!

If you are accusing him of intentionally delaying packages so he can mine with them. Please directly make an accusation.

Why things are behind schedule has been explained (at least to my satisfaction) in the thread.

I don't think anyone is intentionally "bullying". You need to remember this is as much a business transaction as anything else. Taking away emotion, there is a supplier with a product, customers, and an exchange of money. Any "customer" has the right to ask as many questions as they want after the "supplier" has received "money" and the "product" has not been yet been delivered. As to if the questions are "friendly" or "bullying' is all relative.

are you not going to answer me?

His name was on the top of the original order spread sheet as having 3 for payment of putting together this group purchase. I count 3 in the picture he posted and he is entitled.

As for the "lead turning" of the shipping labels; well, that would have been good "head-work" but there was no mention of how shipping was going to be handled prior to everyone buying-in so it is as much our fault as it is his for not thinking of it earlier.
