I looked through all the crypto cards you mentioned and I think there is one stands out is centra.

Centra is the only crypto card that will insure all your assets on the card/wallet from theft and hackers.  Have you seen how many hackers are trying to steal your crypto lately?

TenX and Monaco have ICO finished already, yet I haven't seen any big advertisement promoting their card.  I saw pictures of Centra getting Floyd to partner with them and market the Centra card.  Since owning the tokens you get revenue sharing, marketing for these crypto cards is so important, cause more people that use it means more money back to the token holders which raises the value of the token.  I would argue advertising in the crypto card space is more important than any other space since revenue sharing depends on mass adoption.

Where do you see them being stuck at 40.000 ETH?
Right on their website, front page:  https://change-bank.com/

They got 43.000 ETH in 2 days, or did they include the presales? Otherwise there's still a lot of time to do some marketing
36K was from their presales. So 7K during ICO even with 2 days is considered bad.  But I didn't say they wouldn't reach 200K.  I'm asking "what if"  so what happens to all the license they are looking for if they don't hit the ETH milestones required for those licenses.

For Change ICO is one of the best if not, there are some others loke Cindicator and Kin (Concluded).

Maybe MiBambino or thepo1m can answer.  If Change doesn't sell out will they burn tokens?  Its a important question for investors.

Centra definitely doesn't look bad but I feel like Change offers the exact same service and a lot more. We'll see what the future will bring, I guess
The only issue I see with Change is the ICO is going on and doesn't seem like anyone is interested.  They are stuck at around 40K ETH and looking for 200K ETH.
Once hype dies down its hard for ICO to get their full asking price.  And when looking at change white paper it says they need 200K ETH for banking license.  So if they don't reach it, then no license?  There are a lot of "what if" for change.
