That's a bit of a pickle, isn't it? On the one hand, it's clear that Next-Level's unwillingness to pass KYC is nothing but an attempt to make more money, as ETH and BTC have by now about quadrupled in price. On the other hand, TokenStars representatives here did claim that they would refund anyone who doesn't want to pass KYC. I guess what they didn't anticipate, however, I take it mostly because of their utter commitment to the project and belief in its future success is how many people would want to get out of the project now if given the opportunity. Because let's face it, most of the participants went in in the hopes of future gains above all else.
TokenStars have been very honest right from the get-go, never ducking or dodging a comment and always responding in a timely fashion, and I would hate to see someone taking advantage of that. Next-Level and the likes should be left to live with their prior decision to commit, and if they don't want to pass KYC it's their own deal, no refunds should follow. After all, they did sign the agreement and it was all there in black and white.
TokenStars should feel no guilt either for not being willing to refund because of that one comment that they made. They could've just said no refunds period, and would've been right to do so. Instead they decided to be too kind for their own good and make sure that those who failed to give the agreement a proper read wouldn't get screwed. And now people try to screw them for that. No way!
Thank you for your support! What the hack you talking about? This is a blatant accusation without any foundation! If you do a serious review you would see, that I reclaim for a refund long time before there is any "quadrupled prices". That is not about money, that is about principle and justice. Just for your records: My contribution was 28.9.2017 and I was faced with sudden KYC after a month! If TokenStar really wants me to recapture the hole story, that all the investors who have been faced with the unwanted KYC in hindsight will lose their money? Or should I say, be robbed? I was clearly promised that a refund would be made if I did not want to fulfill the KYC for security reasons. That's why I waited in peace. And now to read, "get used to it, dude, your money is ours now" between the lines again ... If this happens, this story will not end here - that is MY promise. Me also get no refund. Sure a lot of ducking an lying. We informed you at telegram but did not read telegram They say other ico also? Wich one I got 50 and this is the first time They say other exchanges also. Yes poloniex at this time but not one year ago. And also this companys do a KYC in front. Tokenstars does it afterwards. If a take an acccount at an bank they first want to know who I am and I give them my info and when complied then I can deposit money. Tokenstar first take your money and then look if you comply. And if not the keep your money. Yes very trustworthy. NOT. And for sure they are looking after my private info NOT |

watch out with this coin
A very strict KYC afterwards to get your coins. Else they keep your coins.
They state in in the little letters on the agreement so they dont have to give a refund.
Pasport and proof of living.

When will refund instructions be posted? I was really looking forward to this token but last-minute addition of KYC (no prior info on website or whitepaper) and the confusing status of ACE/TEAM has made me lose a lot of faith. Surely, not 100% of people will do KYC. I will be interested to see how many people take the refund instead of KYC and what impact that has on how much they raised.
Me too.But they now say they take a commision? How much 50 Scam procent? Why are you filling up posts with the same info? The necessity to go through KYC procedure was mentioned from the very beginning in our medium channel, several times discussed in our Telegram group and the most important you agreed to the Agreement on Sale of Tokens ( https://tokenstars.com/upload/files/agreement.pdf) before you made your transfer to buy some ACE tokens. And if you don't pass KYC, we will refund your ETH or BTC minus commission for the transfer after 28 November. Was it in the whitepaper? Not member of medium channel. if you say we want to do this then ok. But you say everybody doet this and thats not true. So thats one red flag for me |

You need to upload your passport (or other government issued ID) and a 2nd document, verifying your current place of residence. All the files are stored confidentially on Amazon servers. watch out this is tricky. Afterwards they tell this to you. only with pasport and other document you get tokens. Lot of people dont want to do this. And thats understandable. |

Yes I also dont want to sent this document to some Russians I dont know personally. And I am married to one :-) They say you wil get a refund but only postpone is. I hope it is not a scam because they say it is normal. I have done 50 ico and on 7 markets and below 2500 dollar it is not needed. Beware. If its hacked you can have problems. I think this information for criminals is worth a lot of money |

Hello, I invested al little bit and very stupid ofcourse and I saw the red flags. ( No Dutch name and wrong tel number to name the easiest ) But no twitter and facebook and website are three different things but when do you know for sure when it is a scam? - But I want to make an example of this if it is really a scam coin how to learn from this - I already contacted Ethereum when they know if this is a scam or not. ( it is not good for the name of Ethereum and they are already working on this.) - All the website and online news sites who are letting us know about OREN should make an news quote that it is a scam. And how come they promoted a scam? - United the people who got scammed ( Oren Offended Group ) ( only about 150 Ethereum? ) - Look impossible but try to invest people behind a scam. - Put on a website about this?? The website is also offline.

I think at this stage every thing said must be true for gaining some trust again List tokens September? You got 8 hours. And else give an update. Update from the recent progressions in the Orocrypt project:
- We are now working on the implementation of the gold token Smart Contract, including the web development (platform). We expect to launch it in late September/early October.
- Refunding of the Bitcoin and Ethers were done; followed by the Euros (bankwire) being almost completed.
- We expect to list the OROC tokens during September. Currently, we are in talks with 2 exchanges.
- The Board passed a resolution about OROC bonuses. All the investors who decided to stay (after the end of the ICO), will receive a bonus as follows:
Investments between 1 and 10 OROC will receive 1 OROC.
Investments between 10 and 20 OROC will receive 2 OROC.
