lets say with a rig of 6 7970's just as an example
2x 750 watt gold psus = 200 + 1x500 watt psu for $50 = 250$
or
2x 1050 watt gold = 440$
Other than having less parts is there really a benefit to choosing the latter? Is having more PSU's less power efficient?
I am thinking in terms of multiple rigs. So saving 190 per rig can really add up.

It's been a couple weeks now and things are still laggy and unreliable. I get they were bombarded but it's been a while now.
Are you guys still upgrading or what's going on?

You're going to be an unreliable piece of crap.
You're going to greatly exaggerate the estimated earnings.
You don't have the hardware or bandwidth to even make for a smooth running web interface.
...you all may continue to add things
On that note; lets make a list of reliable pool operators and a list of shitty operators.

I plan to move to linux soon. I was just curious if there was something I could do in the mean time. I have them hooked up to a KVM switch.
But basically I want all the machines to mirrior one machine. So whatever I tell the one machine to do, the others will follow suit without having to do them individually.

Is there a way to do this? I want to be able to issue commands, install software, copy files, etc to all the mining rigs at once from a single computer.
I know I can do this with Linux and I plan to migrate very soon, but for now they are all on windows 8.
They are all hooked up to the same network.

From what I previously heard the GD55 will do 6 cards out of the box. I haven't personally verified it though.

Could someone upload for us to download? Or if not, what is the next best thing? which distro? I want remote control from my phone and rock solid stability. I'll upload to MEGA, but this is just for "historical reference", there is zero warranty of any kind. You're on your own to read through the forum posts to glean whatever nugget of help you can find. I'll post the link when it's finished. Here is the BAMT Archive: https://mega.co.nz/#F!lEUjTRCL!dGkwuX0ULQcEkjFNcQuo9w There are three files in the archive, as far as I know the last supported version was bamt_v0.5c.rar, I would start there. bamt64_v05.rar was an 64-bit experiment, might be of some use for someone. b06_test02.rar was a beta of 0.6, but support and interest waned and it was never officially released IIRC. So it is what is, these are more for educational use. And remember, if you find use of this stuff do still donate to @lodcrappo as this was his project. Thanks very much man, you are awesome Can't wait to get started with this

Where can I download this or is there something newer out now? Every link everywhere seems to be dead.

when using gpu-reorder what is the official slot order the program uses? It appears to be mixed up.

nevermind, I just saw the positive side to this and how it can be a benefit for miners of other coins. keep up the good work.

This site is very slow on updating difficulty therefore very inaccurate. Make sure you guys are checking difficulty on all the coins at the actual mining pool site before you jump on. It's often much higher than what coinchoose reports therefore making the coin less profitable.
Umm, the delay is minutes (actually 60 seconds) and it is directly checking against the coin daemon. Look at the block count - that will give you an indicator how far behind it is (if any). Pool sites actually lag more It's longer than 60 seconds. I frequently see some of the top coins delay hours. On both the litecoin and the bitcoin version. This has been for the past few months, since summer. In fact there is one up there right now. Memecoin says .17 when it's actually .69. It has been like this for at least 12 hours.

How much for the prototype? Also what are the dimensions of it?
I am looking for 3 custom racks to purchase probably in 2 weeks, I like your prototype. I am a serious buyer, I am just stocking up on the rest of the GPU's first, plus it depends on your price.
Let me know Thanks
