Windows SmartScreen is a feature in Windows 8/8.1/10 to help protect users from running unverified software downloaded from the internet.
You should get a SmartScreen warning that shows a button "don't run" but if you click "more info" at the top it will show a "run anyway" button.
This scan (uploaded file instead of using link) shows the "Trojan:Win32/Spursint.F!" that my computer considered a "severe threat" and kept removing.

Could be a false positive, I have no idea. Guess I'll wait til there's a web wallet unless I find time to run it through more scans. I like security
