I will not accept Bitcoin as a regular salary,because it's  not stable and from a high point can easily get down. currently, I think that now in the next 10-20 years is very risky to have the salary paid in bitcoin.

They didn't say will accept bitcoin, yet. But they will accept in the next 1-2 years, because bitcoin is making a big wave and they will not want to be outsiders.

Yes, you can bye an island with bitcoin. Only you need to search the ones that are for sale and accept bitcoin, because not every country accept bitcoin.

I think it will not survive over 100 years, not even close. But I think it has a huge potential for the next 10-20 years.

Not many. They still do not trust and do not know much about bitcoin, but I suspect that in the coming years there will be many more.

I think bitcoin will explode in the next five years, even though no one controls it. It's an independent market that will attract the majority of people in countries that give a regulatory framework.
