Im getting these results while solo mining:

Does that mean I am mining or what?
Thanks

As Nighthawk said, thoses warnings can be ignored

The ring errors are warnings, can be ignored.

Things are slowly getting back to goodness as people upgrade their wallets/nodes.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to know that I successfully found a block?

That would be interesting to know. There's nothing but errors, rejects and fails while running alloyd. Not a single event seems to be completed successfully and somehow that means everything works as intended.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: NEW [ETH][ETC][EXP][ZEC][ZCL]MINE.PRO mining pools on: January 05, 2018, 01:15:43 PM
This isn't one of the better pools... site is bit funky for pool with this many servers, some pages load until the kingdom come or don't load at all. Payments in the other hand came right on queue, but they lacked compared to some other pools. Not sure was it because ssl-connection was freaking out every other minute, but anyhow... Everything works better elsewhere.

I don't think it cuts the mustard to just add more servers and leave it to that.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v12.6 (Windows/Linux) on: November 16, 2017, 04:38:06 PM
I'd like to see -minspeed option implemented with claymore's zcash miner as well, it has been most helpful with his ethereum miner. I've noticed quite a few radeon drivers have tendency to randomize new core clocks pretty much every time display goes to sleep/wakes up, clocks can go either to idle or something in between idle and base. As that lowers the hashrate, minspeed detects it and restarts miner with proper clocks.

Same has happened with 390 and 570, countless of different radeon driver versions... Basically it's just easier to battle it out than try to find working drivers, so I've just used ethman to restart zcash miner but -minspeed would just make things super simple.

Edit: To specify think this only affects windows 10 and it's various versions, haven't noticed same thing would happen with 7.

Still no support for vega? I thought Claymore was working directly with AMD on it.

Claymore has indicated that vega support is a couple weeks away.  I have two vega fe's, so I feel you!
So do it
Looking forward for Vega hashrate

^^ That That and that!

Thank you for your early numbers by the way, they helped me make the decision to buy two!

I think they stand a really good chance of being awesome. but like most amd releases they well underperform until drivers get sorted and the mod world pulls it apart and works out how to make it run more efficiently and more than likely quite a lot faster. I think the rx500 days are very limited

For the price you (could, if they were available) get bunch of rx580's needing only two of them to blow vega fe outta water for both hashrate and power efficiency wise.
I don't think it's very awesome to push similar hash rate to gpu that was released half a decade ago with double the power and price.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blockfolio ~Bitcoin and Altcoin Portfolio App~ Android and iOS on: March 19, 2017, 08:38:46 AM
Man, this is some excellent app you got here! Just found about it and already being hooked for aids it provides. Smiley

As a miner only thing I kinda miss would be ability to add currencies being mined rather than bought. It's only minor nitpick tho, but something people at this forum might find useful.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v1.0 on: November 04, 2016, 06:21:49 PM
Oh my, this is short of amazing! Hashrates are going through the roof with this one! Don't have even recommended drivers installed and shares are multiplied not to mention increase in hashrates. Apparently from 50 to 80 H/s with 390 and 7870xt, latter giving the hashrate of aforementioned with genoil's miner. Still clocking in the first hour but looking at the stats miner is giving even the 7870xt has more shares than both combined with genoil's miner. Can that be true? Not to mention zcashclient which gave half of the daily income of genoil's miner... some giant leap for minekind.

What's your take, can those shares be accurate? Takes some time for pool to get on board with those stats but it seems way more than to be expected.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Genoil's ZEC miner: AMD ZCash miner for Windows - 0.6 on: November 03, 2016, 07:34:14 PM
after about 24 hours of test, I find 0.6 gives 0S/s for some of my cards more often then 0.5 which is never Sad ,
so switch back to 0.5 for now

plus, all my GPU usage is around 78% up and down, none of them is reaching 100% like mining other coins

For the 7970/280x, the GPU usage is about 85%. For the newer 390 cards, the usage is about 100%.

so does this mean the miner is not fully optimized for old GPUs?

I think the miners are not fully optimized for all GPU. For the new GPU such as R9 390, only 30% of the memory load.

Bit of a compensation that you get more out these older generation GCN GPU's with less usage. Have 7870XT which have seen couple of altcoin hay days still giving a run for the money for 390 with this zcash. Wouldn't mind to get that old hottie fully utilized thou.

EDIT: There seem to be other miner giving half of the daily income you get with genoil's miner. It's more stable, nothing good script cannot fix. As always in a world of altcoin, miners discretion is advised.

Not much news since the last tweet.. at least stats are showing something is moving somewhere.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL][PROFIT-SHIFT] Coinshift.com, the first profit-shifting multipool on: April 12, 2014, 11:29:10 AM
I'm new to this so I'm apologising ahead for my noobness but what's going on? Why is it "flat lining"?
Or not updating, don't know what's the best way of describing it, but I've checked as much as I can and there seems to be nothing wrong on my end, it's mining, chugging away and nothing but a straight line...

Edit: I can't honestly be accurate, but because I keep on checking the stats, I think it stopped changing around 3 hours after the last payout?

Wondering the same.. there's huge estimated unexchanged spike now in the end of the flat line. Same wonky graph on personal and global level. Some coin causing trouble? Like we've mined single coin for hours which just all suddenly got mature.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: March 19, 2014, 01:54:45 PM
Dunno if anyone else have noticed, but somehow server update seem to get rid of that getwork issue. For a half day not a single getwork failures. Pretty dramatic improvement! From tenths to zero, as merely a side effect.. pretty nice.  Grin

Still seems something happen time to time to the connection, as there's couple occasional reconnects in a day. Well, better than dozen getwork failures in a hour I suppose.  Smiley

Ping is around 50-60 in a EU.

All we are missing now is altcoins with a actual value.  Roll Eyes
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: March 10, 2014, 02:09:12 PM
Payouts are going to be a bit late today, due to the cryptsy balances issue.

Most of our balances have been corrected, but for some reason we're still sitting at -3600 FTC in our account, and it won't let me withdraw BTC until the negative balance is resolved.  I've got a support ticket in to them to get it fixed, but can't sent payouts until they fix, and the withdrawal processes.

With the daily volume that you run thru cryptsy you should have a personal account manager and a phone number for immediate access.....

The question is, do we afford for him to have that?  Grin

guys i have a question i have been mining 10 hours with cg watcher says:1.83 mh/s,accepted:1787 %99.83 rejected:3 %0.17 but when i check my stats here
http://waffles.wilschrader.com/stats?address=1D6jkxc1cJ8XYXxWrnswmz4V8mE7JkPDTp‏  i see lower hash rates.What should i do?

Servers are going thru some updates, so stats may differ.

From earlier PW post:

"Other pieces of wafflepool, when getting upgraded (master database), will bring everything to a halt for a short time.  Ideally I'll have a much better idea of how long it will take as we get closer, but early guesses are about an hour, maybe two.  I'm currently working on a system that may make us be able to mine during that cutover, but I'm not 100% sure yet.  One of two things will happen during the database upgrade.  Either 1) Everything will be turned off for that hour (mining as well) and you'll failover to your backup pool.  Or 2) We'll keep mining up by logging everything to an extra logging server (shares, blocks, etc), and process it back in when the new master database is up and running."

So guess when update is finished, stats should be corrected.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: March 07, 2014, 09:54:56 PM
Yeah, stats show zero at eu while mining goes on as usual.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Profit switching pool - wafflepool.com on: March 04, 2014, 11:08:00 AM
Any idea for the reason having quite frequent getwork failures? Couple within minutes to an hour.
Server is set to eu, automatic difficulty, couple workers which both act the same.
Finishing my "first day job" in wafflepool and wondering what's up with that, will that cut the whipped cream off my waffles.

First I've heard of it actually.  Is it a connection problem perhaps?  My guess is if it were a more widespread issue, we would have more complaints about it.  Also, EU is our lowest utilized cluster, so its extremely unlikely to be getting bogged down...

Hard to say.. after restarting the router (there haven't been issues with it lately), things seem to work just the same..

[4.3.2014 12:43:39]  CGMiner (4920): Network difficulty is now 1 196.
[4.3.2014 12:46:30]  CGMiner (4920): Network difficulty is now 9 205.
[4.3.2014 12:47:00]  CGMiner (4920): Network difficulty is now 6 137.
[4.3.2014 12:48:31]  CGMiner (4920): 1 getwork failure(s) reported.
[4.3.2014 12:48:51]  CGMiner (4920): Network difficulty is now 67.
[4.3.2014 12:50:01]  CGMiner (4920): Network difficulty is now 1 196.
[4.3.2014 12:53:53]  CGMiner (4920): 1 getwork failure(s) reported.

With the another worker the same deal. Usually these haven't been typical issues with these crypto thingies..
Otherwise things seem to run smoothly. Not so much stales nor rejects.

What might be the reason for quite sudden difficulty rise? I mean, it have more than quadrupled in about last hour or so.. Where all these miners come from all the sudden? Is bee being added on some multipool?

Edit: From 4 to 19 and back again..

4 fucks sake everyone move on!! I lost much much more than merely a million doge but iv pretty forgot bout it cause theres absolutely nothing we can do!! Focus on real crypto investing instead of high risk gambling and make some money. I must admit i love checking out this page to see all the cry babys, so on second thoughts yeah maybe youll find them and get yr money back, contact FBI, CIA , NSA , NAMBLA etc...

The problem is not the amount lost, or how much.
It's how much you have, and how much you lost.
Losing 9Btc when you have 11BTC
is different than losing 1000BTC When you have 10 million BTC.

Thought theft is theft no matter the amount. Or is it that with virtual crimes there's virtually no crime..
Anyways, I've given up hope getting anything back and mined some more. As mt cox thoughs us, virtual currency is risky business. And that was bit bigger deal than just a site, that screamed ponzi all the way. Let's try make some money and not get screwed in the future.
