If there is no communication whatsoever between Russia and the rest of the world (highly unlikely), then the network will fork. The main chain the rest of the world follows will lose the Russian hashrate, resulting in longer block times for a maximum of two weeks until the next difficulty retarget. After that, things would continue as normal. The Russian miners would either stop mining altogether or continue to mine on their own minority chain. Once internet communication is reestablished, then either the minority chain would simply be abandoned in favor of the main chain from the rest of the world, or the minority chain would continue as yet another fork of bitcoin.
What is far more likely is that there would still be a handful of nodes which could still communicate to both sides of the divide, and so the whole network would stay in sync. Users in Russia might see more frequent stale blocks and stale chains if it takes them significantly longer to remain synced with the rest of the network.
Since there will be the main chain and a side chain, would it be possible for some evil people to double spend or try to manipulate because of the lack of communication between the two chains? Previously when china miners shutdown their system, there were no fork problems  |

You won't blame them because from my part i seen it like people who wants to indirectly scandal the Bitcoin if they succeed being accepted as Satoshi, some people here does not meet Satoshi but they are claiming to be him so that they will have some agreement with government to tarnish the reputation of bitcoin, so that is how am seeing the reason why people is claiming that name, from what is going on, we don't know the real Satoshi and is not possible for it to reappear again since it left the forum People who are losers, need fame without doing anything and they think that by claiming themselves Satoshi, they can easily gain some fame. But this is not actually the case. People hate those people, who falsely claim themselves satoshi. |

So far, Bitcoin is indeed one of the best investments, in my opinion, the most favorite at this time. Good for you if you can actually Options on Bitcoin and earn huge profits for 3 years. Not everyone can Trade Options, most prefer long-term investments when it comes to Bitcoin investment, buy-hodl-sell. I've tried trading options and the result I lost repeatedly. Better trading futures or spot trading. Options trading in my opinion is gambling. Be carefull If you follow the bitcoin price over the years, it's very much clear that bitcoin investment is the best. However, we should keep this investment safe and not try to experiment with it much through options and futures trading. If you do future trading without much knowledge, the result will be a loss of your savings. |

If ETF passes we will go 10,000+
Why would the price climb to 10 K dollars if the ETF is approved .Why are people making these claims.Why don't we stick to reality about the price.The realistic price it could reach is $2500 to $3000 at the max and we still have people calling for $10k . believe me, the war between russia and ukraine did not have such a big impact on the price of bitcoin. If Bitcoin reaches a price above $100K, maybe yes you will be rich, but it won't take long if you don't use it wisely, it will just flow out.
Talking about its value, 0.01BTC wouldn't be worth it here if we didn't convert it to Fiat, and I think it's the same in most areas that don't yet accept Bitcoin as a legal currency.

I would be very wise about spending my money as an European with the current events. Yes, it is great that we have an opportunity to purchase Bitcoin at lower prices but it is not the most fortunate circumstance. I typically advice anyone and everyone to buy Bitcoin dips but this is really an exception. The crisis has just begun and having a reserve of cash may be very handy in the near future depending on how things unfold.

If you see it very clearly those hopes are somehow true, it is a straight line upwards. Look in the chart data in a different angle or point, or zoom it out, the uptrend is like a straight line. Fact's never lie and as far as I know you still earn an approximate 28686.16% of ROI when bought in times of launch, this the reality and somehow people are blind in this fact.
This only means that either the people don't have the patience or they are too much afraid that they tend to sell in panic. Is there anyone from 2010-2015 holding bitcoin till now? Those few people would be real legends. |

I don't know how these hackers gained access to the accounts of people in the high ranking of the society. I remember it also happens to some of the celebrities Twitter accounts. This is something that needs to be focused on for all the social media platforms.
This kind of Tweets will somehow teach the people not to trust immediately especially If it happens like out of the blues without any previous Tweets about these.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but it may be probably another “inside job” like what happened before to the Twitter account of Elon Musk and other well-known celebrities several months ago. Followers will easily be deceived as the scam tweet comes from the original account himself and yes this is very bad. Lets for a moment think that it was an inside job then what does was the purpose of this inside job ? No one got scammed or something like that and neither India made crypto legal or illegal on this act. I am unable to find the possible purpose behind this action. |
