5 days after swap eBTC
so far i have not received my (new) eBTC
i move all my (old) eBTC to my private wallet October 25th.. before 31 october befor block 446200
Please solve the problem as soon as possible

Have you written to the devs in their telegram channel? All people having problems with swap have to write to the devs. Join the ebtc telegram channel and write them to have the problem solved.
If you already did so stay cool. They check all this and give out swap for all peolpe who are in the right to receive swap the next days in one turn. This has not been done till now!
I had same problem and I did message dev team over Telegram. I got a response same day and my eBTCNEW deposited. I have seen some confused people because they got the new coins and they have not realized. I would recommend to take a screenshot of your MEW and please do not show your private key only your MEW address.

I remember verifying your address, at request from another user (Elva Lin @ Telegram, believe he uses another nick here).
We apologize for the delay, but we cannot risk failing again, or skipping any valid address. We can't issue new tokens, we must guarantee that all adds up and we don't pay anyone twice.
