most of the omega 3 and healthy fats can be found on fishes like Salmon, Mackerel and Sardines that is rich with oil that contains omega 3, You can try vegetables like Soybeans, Spinach and Winter squash, I'm surprised but there is a food that called omega 3 eggs and also try Firm Tofu and Fontina cheese, these foods are rich in omega 3 and some of them possessed healthy fats. As they've said omega 3 is good for the heart and i love those foods.
I agree, i'd also add walnuts and almonds to the list too.
