Moeco - Blockchain-powered IoT
Moeco is a network infrastructure platform that enables ANYONE to deploy LPWAN-compliant cell cites and Bluetooth LE mobile IoT hotspots at minimal cost.
Moeco IoT Network
Moeco is an open source protocol, that is used to connect devices with base stations — Nodes. All Nodes are tied in with the global internet to provide things with an appropriate connection.
For Smart Cities:
Making smart city ecosystem scalable with no rely on governance and telecom providers.
For Self Care:
Creating environment that is safe in case of emergency to build services as ReseroWhistle.
For Manufacturers:
Connecting devices to the open source IoT ecosystem for independent manufacturers.
Platform Roles
Moeco consists of a few layers of users connected in the IoT ecosystem. They all operate within the Ethereum blockchain.
Role: Device
Gadget connects to the node station in the range of 15 km and uses cheap or free internet with radio chip inserted. Street lights work directly when required, public transport is synchronized with timetables at every bus stop, etc.
Role: The End User
The End User acquires devices and uses them in accordance to manufacturers’ policies with every node around the world. The traffic costs are extremely low, there are no roaming charges and it works with high battery efficiency anywhere.
Role: Miner
Node owner uses cheap network stations to enlarge the network coverage and mines coins depending on the number of devices connected.
Role: Producer
Manufacturer produces devices with internal chips that have access to Moeco network protocols. They also provide enough coins for every device sold that are enough for a couple of first connections.
