Hope any administrator will give me a reply. If I sign a message by using ETH address, instead of BTC address, will you give my account back from hacker ? Please admin, answer it

My account is also hacked by someone and he has changed my email, password and BTC address too. Asking help from cyrus and hope he will help me. I spent a lot of efforts, time and finally everything is gone.

What if I post everyday ? Yet I will get 14 activity in 14 days ? Suppose I am making 2-3 posts each day then what will be my activity points ? Suppose I have posted 30 posts in every 2 weeks. Then How many activity points I will get after 3 months ?
If you are posting 30 posts in every 2 weeks then still you are going to take only 14 points after every 2 weeks and you have nothing else you can understand how much you are going to get in 3 months no one can get more then 14 points in every 2 weeks its fix for all members So it means if one person become active once in every 2 weeks by posting at least 1 post, will get 14 points in every 14 days. So 26*14= 364 activity points in a year. But it will not change if any one post 20 posts in every 14 days? But i thought post count is also a multiplying factor, I was wrong ? |

I'm sorry, but you're a dumbass for not staking an address here that you could sign a message from. You should know better than to not do that.
Second, you could have hacked the polo account, so providing login details doesn't help. It sucks, but it's your own fault, except for the hacking of your bct account. The blame for that rests squarely on the hacker. But maybe some mod will take pity on you, though I doubt it.
If you read the post you will see that I was using that account for long time. I know it is my fault. I admit and thereby I want a second chance. I know the admins are quite busy people. I just want them to give me a chance to prove myself. |

Unfortunately a Polinex account is just not going to do it for you. Since the whole point of signing an address is to prove that you own the private keys to that BTC address. The only problem with a Polinex address is that it is much easier to hack a polinex account than a private key.
At least everyone is seeing that I was the real owner and yet the hacker is using my account. Is it not possible to temporary hold the account so hacker cant use it ? |

Dear Bro these things are not going to help you any way because they already post if you want to recover your account then must sign message otherwise they are not going to help you if you have poloniex address its your fault not any other person sharing poloniex details is also not going to help you and no one going to give you back your account its gone

I admit it was all my fault. Please give me a 2nd chance, please. I posted 2 days ago. I will remove the post as soon as I get reply from respected administrator to fix my issue. I promise. Or may be some one will remove this thread but I will request him to read my whole post, please. My Account was hacked by someone. He has changed my email, password and BTC address too. I asked for help and CYRUS, bitcointalk forum administrator replied. He wanted me to sign a message with BTC address. It is the most recommended way and I know this. I just want to draw attention of forum administrators, again. Cause I sent some messages but do not get any reply. I was using a bitcoin address of poloniex exchange and I could not sign a message by BTC cause I had no access to my private key. The account was mine and I do not want to lose it anyway. I am even ready to share my login Details of poloniex account , if any of the administrator want to verify my account.
What is the purpose of signing a message with BTC address? To prove the ownership, right ? If I can provide the login details of my poloniex account, is it not enough to verify myself ? You guys need other verification too ? It takes more than 15 months to become a hero member, are you telling me that you never stumble upon any topic regarding the hacked accounts?
You bought that account and the previous owner changed the email before you could do it, I'm pretty sure mate that you applied for many signature
Campaigns with your account if not a bought one, managers are used to quote participants, if you could sign a message with an address which was
Quoted by a manager to the admin providing the link to the quoted post then you can prove that you are the real owner.
Look, I am already in bad situation. I never bought it from any one. It was my own account till day 1. And Yes, I have participated in many signature campaign. I am in negotiation with respected member to fix my issue. Please do not spread lies if you are not sure about it. I joined 3 years ago. And I focused on mining. I posted very few and all of my posts were about mining altcoins by gpu. After few months, my gpu mining rig became faulty and I stopped mining and all related activity. You are also a respected member. There are still honest members around you. I have no reason to cheat. |

I use poloniex address. I have slow internet and really not a tech type guy. Is it possible to sign a message using exchange BTC address? I have no control on private key, right? So, is it possible to sign a btc message ?

Obviously, they won't take your word for it otherwise everyone would claim that his account got hacked so in order to get your account back, you must verify a message with an address you already posted in the forums (unedited post) and follow the instructions given here. thanks a lot.
