I thought this project is a good one. If the dumping will continue and the team will not do anything about it, this will end badly also.
Maybe, they need to have buyback program to gain confidence from their holders.
This is the usual problem once the team already finished their IEO or any crowdsourcing activity, they tend to become silent.
I hope this one is not another project that will be dead soon. Their objectives are quite great though.

I hope the delay of bounty or not paying the bounty is not affecting the reputation of AME. The price been dumping despite bitcoin is recovering, from a stable price of 0.1 usd, now it has dropped to 0.06 usd and it's quite alarming as the dip could continue.

It is a pity that such a promising project uses forceful solutions to silence the community instead of trying to get along.
I don't know if it's a bounty manager's inexperience or deliberate behavior, but that's definitely not the way such situations should be solved.
I think someone from the AMEPAY dev team should speak up about it, make an official statement and calm the situation down. Otherwise, both sides are bound to suffer.
