Do we have an exact date about when the ICO will be conducted? This tentative "Q2 2018" isn't helping matters. I was really looking forward to the ico until the team started postponing the date. Maybe a legal issue? Also the ico terms should be revisited.

The bounty is stopped. Avirunes will now finalize all the spreadsheets and we will keep them. Since there is no TDE until Q3 2018 there are no tokens, but on the after the TDE we will distribute the bouty tokens. So just be patient and wait a few months, we have all the information we need and will proceed accordingly after the TDE. I am very sad to hear this project stopped.. The project is not stopped. We only stopped the bounty. |

It's good that the company will be back in January. But in this branch, it was previously written that the company will return in the third quarter of 2018. Therefore, it would not be bad to see an official statement from the team.

This is so true and at the same time other people are complaining because they don't get paid their bounty. For what? For not being successful? It's ridiculous! Seriously.
They will be paid, but with a very long delay. Mavin could have set a bonus to bounty participants to reward their patience. The important thing now is to see whether the sheets are stored properly. I don't see any confirmation of this. Do they really want to honor the bounty payments? The ICO wasn't successful and hence had no hopes of it. The ICO was stopped, the pre ICO was good, we collected over 600000 USD but we stopped because we wanted to have a stronger ICO and changed our plans. We are working on a MVP and a new crowdsale system. Stay tuned we will relaunch in january and come back stronger. The bounty will be distributed on the TDE which is planned in Q3 2018, we keep our promises. |

What are the bonuses and discounts on tokens during the pre-sale? hov i can take it?
Presale is over. Bonus was up to 40%, but you can participate for 10% bonus in january for the ico. No I don't think token sale for this project is expected soon, it should kick off by third quarter of next year which is still far, by which time there might be some modifications to the whole project structure. Btcmnr is right, the ICO Sale will restart in january 2018 with a complete different approach, but we will not distribute the token until the launch of the platform, so there will be no speculation and FUD going on. |

Are there any plans in place to safeguard the price of the token when it hits exchanges after ico, because most tokens in recent times fall drastically after ico on exchanges very cheap. Some traders think this is the best time to buy such tokens even cheaper than ico rates, what mechanisms are in place for this?
Thats something we cannot control, once its on the exchanges the price is made by the sellers and buyers. Since we launch the token with the product we hope to have lesser FUD which normally is rhe reason why prices drop below ICO price. |

We will still refund if the minimum goal is not reached. The amount will be changed accordingly to ETHUSD rate of amout 1million USD, so currently about 2600 ETH. |

If I understand this correctly, it means the Mavin ICO launches alongside with the platform Next year 3 quarter. Sincerely isn't this time too long, many prospective donors would loose interests over time. Anyways good luck guys.

A utility token without a product makes no sense, so we try to attract the right kind of investors and have a strong launch in Q3 2018. If you look at most ICO's they all lost value because of pump and dump just after the TDE or after a few month, where apparently "nothing" happens. To prevent this kind of deflation we decided thats the way we want to go. If a current investor doesn't want to wait until then we refund him 100% of the contribution, until now we just had 1 refund, which we really appreciate. I participated in the presale. As I understood it right, I will keep my 40% bonus if I keep my tokens? Or my Mavin ICO balance will be decreased when the ico starts next year? Exactly you will keep the same amount of tokens as you have now, including the 40% bonus tokens. It is good decision that the same of amount of tokens and bonuses for early investors are maintained. What about the price? Does it stay the same nextyear or will it be reviewed upwards? Am curious to know, what about the minimum threshold as well as soft cap and hardcap for the project ico, has this been reviewed and lowered considering the fact that market is not certain how it would be next year.
We will make a new token distribution model, similiar to the current one, just some changes required to support our new way of marketing. The target is still to achieve more then 10mio USD equivalent in ETH (difficult to predict the ETH value for Q3 2018). Mavin needs this 10mio for marketing and influencer developement, not for the technical side. |
