During the ICO, the developers said the exchange was working and pointed to trades indicating that the value of the token had doubled.   After the ICO,  the company admitted that no one had been verified, and it was unclear exactly who had made the exchange trades.   The company now bans any discussion of this topic on Telegram.

Is the long term vision is that all contracts on the LAT platform will be non deliverable forwards?

If I buy a share in rental real estate, will I get pass-through rental income?  What is the point of tokenization if I do not get the benefits of ownership?

Valentin has said that dividends do not get passed through.  Dividends are the entire point of ownership of equities.

I have asked them on Facebook, on Twitter, in the Telegram chat, and have not gotten any response.
