Yes, I e-mailed them and here was their response and quite concerning that they basically said I was normally responsible for paying the BTC back.  Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Liquidation occurs when Available Margin on Trading Account drops below 0%. Any open positions are closed by the assets being sold/bought back (depending on if the positions was a Long or a Short) at Market price, and Available Margin is used as collateral to cover any losses. No negative Balance protection, beware!!

So I decided to deposit a small amount to PrimeXBT to test it out.  It was only .01375BTC (less than $100) and decided to go all in long at an average BTC price of $5,830.  I figured I would just go to bed as I was pretty sure I was going to be liquidated overnight if the balance got too low.  I forgot about it until the following afternoon and received no e-mail notification to inform me I was liquidated, even though BTC was down to $5,675.

I log in and find out my available margin is negative 475% and they did not liquidate my position or give me a warning about my margin!!  After quickly closing positions my balance was negative .06BTC.  Now that is not a huge amount of money, however, it's quite concerning that if I had done a much larger trade that my balance could be potentially be in the negative in many multiples of what I put in to trade.  Had I not logged in and BTC continued to drop who knows how much I would have owed.  As far as I know, all of the other leveraged trading sites have negative balance protection.  Thoughts on this?

Apparently Kucoin was hit with a DDOS attack. No excuse. But seems to be working better now.

That being said, at 720 sats, this is a freaking bargain.  I am filling up my bags.

I've spent hours trying to set up a MasterNode, and now it says in the status "Not in the MasterNode List"  Any ideas of what that could be and how I can fix it?  I was really excited to get it up and running as i'm not the most tech savvy person.

I expect them to become as large as Binance soon.  With a huge prescence in Asia.  They are only taking 10% of trading fees and 90% goes back to the coin holders.   I have quite a bit of XIOS as well so i'm a big supporter.  Heard about XIOS though Neblio chat.  On their webiste Kucoin.com someone on the decevelopment team can request to add their token.

Why would you support a company that lies and will compete with you to sell company tokens?

They have 340 Million, 60 Million were sold, 400 Million total.  600 Million frozen. I have a feeling they are going to be selling their tokens on the platform moving forward.

It's been almost a day for me.  Why would it take 1-3 days time to process a withdrawal in the first place?  That's a snails pace in crypto.

I asked them a few questions, such as why they can't give us a specific date of when we can withdraw our tokens, and how many people have been approved for KYC to use their platform.  They have literally lied or avoided questions at every turn.

Better off buying Nebio at 1/8 the Market Cap.  Neblio may even beat Stratis to market if things go smoothly.

Did they?  I just assumed they banned me from Telegram for asking perfectly legitimate questions.  

Guys this is very bad the way that they handled this ICO.  If we didn't get scammed they are particularly greedy.  Up until yesterday they kept saying our tokens could be withdrawn on October 11th, Now they are saying at the end of the month.  They are still offering their tokens more than 12 hours after the ICO ended.  You can literally go on their website, sign up and purchase on the ICO.  They are selling tokens from their company pool of LAT while we are stuck with ours until we fill out additional KYC information. How can they be allowed to sell their own tokens (at a fixed price of .001512) from company pool while i'm stuck here holding mine and I can't do anything with them?


The KYC information is supposed to take 7 days to review.  However, as a US resident, I can't even trade on the platform.  Myself and others were banned from their telegram chat for asking about these shady practices.

So about a week ago I bought 15 ETH worth and then subscribed to the Telegram Channel.  One of the issues that is starting to concern me is that if they don't sell out, LAToken will just get to keep all unused tokens for sale at a later date (instead of burning them or somehow adding value to our postions) at their own discretion.  It just seems to me that in this scenario, the LAToken team would retain control of over 80% of the outstanding tokens.  If so, what is the benefit to us if all they are going to be doing is diluting our share over time?  At a price of appx. 42 cents the valuation seems a little steep.   Not trying to spread FUD, just some general observations and concerns I have.
