Secondly, is the Experty app going to have a ranking system for the experts that we can contact? If so, what kind of protection will there be against vote/rank manipulations?

I'm a donator on this project, but the coins have yet to be delivered and every time Eth is sent to the address provided to us, an equal amount (minus gas fee) is immediately sent from that address to another random address. The telegram is also chat-locked. Was this a scam? I hope not.

What are the perks to using eBTC over Eth, other than "too many whales in Eth" because eBTC has it's fair share of whales too. What makes eBTC better than Eth.

What is this "Hodl for months" stuff some people keep saying, lmao. The original eBTC peaked and crashed within 48 hours, and never recovered. This is a promising pump and dump, and we're all happy to be apart of it, but hodling for months? Look what would have happened to anyone who did that to the last 9000 airdrops/new coins that were a low cap version of Eth. Do you want to be in the same boat as them? I get it man, you're trying to get people to hold so the price goes higher faster so you can dump at a better price, but god it makes me cringe reading fake posts like yours.

^^^ I actually agree with him here. "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT IN A FEW DAYS" was poor wording, and it's partly to blame for the annoying posts. It doesn't imply something tangible is being worked on. To many, it implies a random event is going to happen. Possibly an event which took little work to set in place, if any work at all. If they had said "IMPROVED WHITE PAPER IN A FEW DAYS" there would be far less annoying posts because while it's long past "a few days", no one wants another rushed white paper and if it isn't done then it isn't done. It's tangible so it's easier to have patience.

Although I strongly believe in eBTC's potential, I'm convinced you didn't read that guy's comment at all. lol. He never said the coin was dead. He said it's being overhyped by people looking to flip for profit and that it can ultimately have a negative effect on the token's future.

Ansi, while I don't think this is a scam coin, I CAN understand the thoughts behind the "scam" warnings a few people have been posting about recently. Assuming the posters shouting scam never invested their own money into this coin, then they haven't lost money (like you said). However, their point isn't that this is a scam because they lost money. Their point is that while it's unlikely, it is 100% possible that a cunning ICO creator can use airdrops and hype to boost their coin's value and popularity up until it reaches a point where they can sell their shares for a nice profit. A small amount of people here (NOT ME) feel that the investors are avoiding paying out airdrop 2, and prolonging the wait for airdrop 3, so that they can gradually sell off their shares without dumping the price. If they sell 100000 shares at 0.60 USD per share all at once, after selling 20,000 shares the price would be like 0.20USD, and they still have 80,000 shares left to sell but can only do it at 1/3rd the value now. However, if they sell 100 shares every 30 minutes or every hour, over the course of several days/weeks, the value should remain around 0.60 USD, providing maximum profit. Finishing airdrop 2, as well as giving out airdrop 3, would greatly increase the number of coins in circulation. This would result in a *temporary* drop in value. Some people speculate that this is why they are postponing finishing the prior airdrop and the start of the upcoming one, so that they can (in theory) maintain this *potential* peak value of 0.60 until they finish selling off.

Is this what's really happening? I highly doubt it. I trust these developers and I respect their desire for anonymity.

But is it still reasonable for some people to be paranoid? Absolutely.


One thing that might solve this issue, is if the people who receive their late payout for airdrop 2 in these upcoming days would post on this forum that they just received their tokens. This would allow the community to witness the progress that's being made. Another way the developers could show progress is if they posted the number of unfilled airdrop 2 claims still remaining. They could then follow this up with "X unsolved claims remaining" every couple days as they worked through them.

That being said, thank you to everyone on Team EthD for all of your hard work. I'm looking forward to what's coming, with patience.

Thanks for the encouraging reply, Ansi! Glad to be apart of the ETHD community with people like you. I have one small question about my OP, if you ever get the chance to reply. (It's getting kind of late, lol)

Do I need to email my ethd wallet address before the announcement is made in order to qualify, or are they wanting people to wait until after the announcement?

The only tasks I completed were registering on the forums before the announcement and downloading the wallet.
Parts 2 and 3 of my OP are stuck on "before announcement or after announcement" dilemmas.

I'm not asking anyone to predict the future of what the announcement rules will be, but it's to my understanding that there are specific qualifications that must be met before the announcement is made and exactly what those are is a little blurry. I wish there was a sticky'd post with step by step instructions, to prevent people just finding out about the coin from getting burned come time for the airdrop.

So I just found out about ETHD the night before last, and after work yesterday I registered on this forum so that I can qualify for the airdrop. I've checked the ETHD website, Reddit, and Twitter for in depth rules about what is needed to be apart of the upcoming airdrop, but I haven't had much luck. These are what I know so far:

1) download and sync ethd wallet *Done*
2) email Abi (not pm I think) my ethd wallet address (Before or after the announcement is made?)
3) Post in the forum (anything? or should my post contain something specific, also, should the post be made before or after the announcement?)
