If you really want to do this, I'd suggest a mixture of high/mid/low market cap coins, just as you would do with stocks.

Seems like everything is pumping right now, so nothing is separating the good from the bad.

I'd guess that the more our society migrates to being virtual and electronic, the less valuable rocks will be, even shiny ones.

It's more likely to be a scam once a site marks it as one. Think Bayesian analysis. In any case, there are so many good altcoins out there, why waste your time on the sketchy ones?

The market cap for this coin is $44,000. Very little downside to buying a few eReal right now.

And, to reiterate an earlier post, take a guess at the Bitcointalk rank of the dev--the person who started this thread. A Newbie, of course. So, shouldn't the dev follow his own rule and not keep any coins??

We're supposed to stay active on this thread, but this thread isn't very compelling. Mainly it's people writing that they joined the airdrop. Or typing anything under the assumption that it will "count", like students who are graded on class participation.

To everyone else reading: this coin is a glorious idea. Let's have some fun with it, and if you are thinking about joining the airdrop.... do it!

Agreed. The risk/reward is just not there. Too many of those wallets include viruses as a special bonus.

The price rise has been too consistent of late, though. Makes me worry a bit...
