I am not healthy nor fit..but would love to be back in shape but never had the motivation to do so..however, i was a gym rat before my younger years (12 yeard back..hahaha)..what i do is jog 5 miles every morning and go to gym after work..I avoided processed foods,salty foods, oily foods and sweets..i only eat natural carb foods like boiled potato and boiled banana..steamed veggies,fish and chicken breast..was eating those like for almost 2 years 😁
