Or you could do some research. Withdrawals resumed in July.

https://www.mtgox.com/press_release_20130704.html

A bit nasty for someone so WRONG. A vaguely worded press release may assuage the uninformed, but it doesn't change the facts on the ground.

You could do with further research yourself. Start by visiting the Service Discussion forum and counting the number of people screaming because they can't get their money.

+1 been waiting for more than 3 weeks now.  Opened a ticket and they keep to their 'two week backlog' story because of supposed manual processing... Any excuse to delay payment
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Coinabul owe me 81btc on: August 20, 2013, 09:11:42 AM
I wish I saw this thread 3 weeks ago, before I placed an order with Coinabul for a 1oz Krugerrand and paid for it with BTC. I quickly researched Coinabul beforehand and only found good reviews and recommendations everywhere. Now, 3 weeks later, my order is still showing as 'Processing', so I researched them some more and found a couple of negative reviews. I have tried contacting them on all their channels, including the messaging system on the site, e-mail, phone, PM on here and Skype, to try to get a status update or a refund if they are unable to complete the order, without success. I could not yet get hold of anyone and have not received one reply.

Does anyone know of a way to contact them to actually get hold of someone that can help?

It looks like at one point they were sort of reliable, so I guess there is a small chance I might still get my order, but I reckon I would prefer a refund at this stage, especially since they are one of the companies being subpoenaed.

In the meantime I have placed a similiar order at amagimetals.com, and it shipped within 3 days of placing the order. I'm still awaiting delivery since it's an international delivery, but at least there is progress and everything looks legit with tracking on the shipping. This time I tried contacting them before placing the order and got a response within minutes and they addressed all the questions and concerns I had, so I was happy to give them a try.

Where did you find good reviews on them?  Also we should fix that... Links please.

Thanks
seconded. Please provide links to the sites you visited so we can make sure the reviews are fair and accurate.

I obviously cannot remember all the reviews etc. I found back then, but here are some of what I got after doing another quick search... (scary how many negative reviews I now find... back then there were very few)

Looks legit, right? Smiley

I will try to get hold of coingenuity on IRC.  As I mentioned, it looks like they have done some good business in the past but have recently had some hiccups, so I'm still optimistic about my order.  Hopefully Jay will be able to sort it out for me... If I can just get hold of him or someone else that can reply

4  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] IceDrill.ASIC IPO (500 Thash Mining Operation powered by HashFast) on: August 11, 2013, 06:10:55 PM
This is just an over ambitious get rich quick scheme from the founders and 'private investors'. Anyone that read the full prospectus and/or this thread should not invest in this. They are trying to get all funding from investors to risk on a non-existing business and then take 40% for themselves to top it off. Now that it looks like they will not reach their first unnatainable target with the IPO, they are willing to take what they got so far and just scale down a bit on their initial pie in the sky. It has become too easy for any idea to list shares on these exchanges and raise a ridiculous amount of BTC with no real intention of making the shareholders any profit.

I mined on http://btg.binarycoins.eu/ and was waiting for confirmation to get over 15 BTG...

When I logged in today 0 shares 0 BTG...

Whats the problem? SCAM?

It looks like he cleared the pool and started from scratch.

I also had a few unconfrimed BTG's.

Sido?

confirmed, stats are cleared, previous reward will be paid out when btg's will come matured by submited shares.. there is big jump in reward size, pool will calculate crazy numbers when blocks come matured.. it's two days agains rest of BTG life...

I also had +15 BTG Unconfirmed balance.
So if I understand correctly, it is no longer listed under unconfirmed on the pool, but will be paid out according to share once the BTG matures?
