It has not, vitalik and core developer of etheruem platform have created so many partnerships and he said that the next update for ethereum platform is on the way and this can be considered as a big update that will be conducted at the next year. It's confirmed by him. They Delayed that coz the government wants to use their platform. That's why the next update will be the end of this year. I think Casper Protocol will be release a proof of stake algorithm. |

I think they use Stellar blockchain and they pioneered those and its on their way to offer that on people in different industry. I hope blockchain will move forward to the highest level.

I still believe if no one believes on bull run end of this year. I'm bullish on the other side of that waiting for a big dip on stock market, We will see a global recession very soon. As the crypto market is the most volatile market in the world, ther is no chance of saying wether it will turn bullish by the end of this year. The only safe option for the investors out there will be to keep holding and wait for the market to turn bullish. Some may say that such event will turn this year into a failure, but in this crypto world it is nothing unnatural.

Timeframe of ICO now a days are 2-3 months but in this case bitcoin moves sideways so market is still on bearish mode. Some ICO guarantee 6 months period and this is quite long enough for bounty hunters out there.
