1  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 5850 on: July 12, 2011, 04:31:04 AM
This was the card I was trying to get before this Bitcoin madness struck the markets. Too bad I don't have the cash or I would grab this in a heartbeat. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go clean up a mess... Grin
2  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Mining rigs "after Bitcoin" on: July 12, 2011, 04:27:20 AM
Like most everyone here, I bought a better GPU so I might as well game on it Grin The only reason I was mining was to get a platform upgrade for the desktop and now that I've don't that I will do a little bit of this namecoin thing and see if I can pick up a SSD to go with it. As for "After" I'll be gaming and enjoying all that high quality video that comes with it Grin

Seems to be back up for me at least.
4  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Current Top of the line Mac Pro 12 Core 2.93, 2xSSDs, 24GB on: July 06, 2011, 09:29:55 AM
Why is everyone thread-crapping on this guy's sale? If he wants to put it up at that price (which is pretty good for a 12-core Mac Pro), then let him! I personally love the Mac Pro's case but prefer to build. That said I won't just shit on his sale for it. To the OP, good luck with the sale!
5  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] Socket 1366 parts on: July 06, 2011, 12:07:25 AM
Still looking for parts. Anyone?
6  Economy / Goods / Re: [SALE] 2 Sapphire HD5850 Toxic's on: July 04, 2011, 07:53:08 PM
I'm sorry buddy but you won't find some desperate enough to buy 1 for $300 on here. If you would be selling the pair for $300 that would be more reasonable or even $200 each that would be seen as a little high but still somewhat reasonable.

Just a little friendly advice Grin

I think I have pretty much exactly what you want, but since I'm using it I am not really prepared to sell unless the price is right.

13  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] 1366 processor, mobo and ram bundle on: June 28, 2011, 06:55:43 PM
I have an i7-860, gigabyte GA-p55-ud4p and 8GB DDR3 that I might part with for the right price.

Thanks but I'm really looking for the 1366 socket, not the 1156 socket. If I can't find a 1366 bundle I may check back with you about it.

15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many bitcoins are you mining each day? (another pissing contest) on: June 28, 2011, 05:20:22 AM
I am currently solo mining with 35 mhash/s combined, will switch to a pool in a week.  My chances are slim so I have yet to find a block.

However, I was temporarily the richest Bitcoin user ever thanks to a hiccup in Bitcoin.  http://imagebin.org/159975 (yesii did hide my address and transaction from the faucet, and no I did not edit the balance). That is over 7.6 billion bitcoins.  Sadly Bitcoin was being a big meany and would not allow me to send any; however, I have since set up a new wallet and my coins are all gone.  I am now at the bottom of the list with all the other new users.

Two down, three to go

I call shenanigans on that there buddy... especially when bitcoins is limited to, I believe, 21 MILLION...

18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many bitcoins are you mining each day? (another pissing contest) on: June 25, 2011, 06:35:00 AM
I'm pulling like 0.01 a day but I have been pushed out. Just can't do it anymore at these payouts. I still love the project but just can't afford it. So I'll stick around and watch how things go.
19  Other / Obsolete (selling) / Re: selling help setting up namecoin for windows on: June 24, 2011, 02:29:27 AM
Thanks for all the help man! You helped make it quite easy to understand how to set this thing up. Honestly, I would have given up without your help. It was simple and to the point in your explanation of what I was doing wrong and that is just what I needed! So once again thanks!
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What about a NAMECOIN GUI? on: June 23, 2011, 08:29:16 PM
Has there been anymore progress on this? I would be one of the first ones to grab this when it's released. It is really looking good! Now will there be a way to tie this in with the gui_miner or will this be like the original bitcoin client and does coin generation through the CPU?
