I understand thanks can it be repair if it is a bad board? or trash it and buy a new one?

reflow some chip? like a notebook? or just send it back to Bitmain and they repair the bad board? hi I just upgraded the firmware to the latest one and I still have this issue after reboot it works at 13th but after few hours it goes down to 9th any idea why? and how to fix it?
