1  Other / Beginners & Help / p2pool.org mining payout - Where is my issue on: May 15, 2013, 02:02:56 PM
Hoping someone can help me figure this out.  I am not sure where my failure is, or if it is even at my end of things. Mining Litecoin as described below on p2pool

I just got into crypto-currency and I am testing the waters as to how this all works.

Here is what I have running:

MBP (I know this is not recommended) - cpu mining 33 shares accepted in 36 hours - received 12 inbound mining transaction (I understand it should be 1 transaction per share, is this right?  I also understand that the payout will not occur until the block is solved. Running Minerd. I believe that this is working correctly

Dell PE 2900 server - CPU mining - 45 shares accepted in 36 hours - Connecting from different IP address than MBP and using a different ID Lea8HZkN1Gmp6wpY9jKVNZMidMBcprtpPm.  Running Windows with Minerd. I have gotten no payout on this at all. Though it has been mining for 36 hours.

My desktop - CPU & GPU Mining - Nvidia 650 and phenom II - 45 accepted shares in 36 hours.  Connecting from same IP as MBP and using the same ID as the Dell PE 2900 (Lea8HZkN1Gmp6wpY9jKVNZMidMBcprtpPm).  I am running Minerd and running reaper for GPU computation.  I have gotten no payout on this at all though it has been running for <36 hours.

I know what I am doing is the most electrically inefficient thing ever and I will likely toast MBP if I keep this rolling on it.  Besides that what am I doing wrong?  I am just impatient? Is my address hosed? Does the number of miners behind a public address matter?

Thanks guys/gals for your help!
