1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: July 24, 2014, 06:08:30 AM
Has there been any meaningful updates?
Looks like this debacle is now in the back of people's minds.
I understand that Mr. Kobayashi, the court-appointed liquidation supervisor,  has sent out paper mail to all known MtGOX customers asking them to fill some claim form until some deadline.  No further news are expected until that deadline.  Perhaps someone who got said p-mail can fill in the details.
where is the claim form ?
any link to download the form ?
Cool down. Here's the current status (as of July 23rd 2014):

Quote from: Nobuaki Kobayashi
Filing of proof of bankruptcy claims
With respect to filing of proofs of bankruptcy claims in this case, since extremely
large number of creditors exist all over the world, I am considering to implement a
reasonable and smooth method of filing. For such purposes, it is necessary (i) to
sufficiently confirm, with the cooperation of professionals, the details and method
of use of data regarding the business of the bankrupt entity, which I preserved, and
(ii) to consider the situation of the investigation of the background behind the
disappearance of BTC. Accordingly, it is expected to take a few months to
determine the filing method. In light of this, although the deadline for filing the
proof of claims of bankruptcy in these bankruptcy proceedings is set as November
28, 2014, I consider it is necessary and reasonable to postpone the date to
reasonable timing.
so this is the reply on the papaer from Nobuaki Kobayashi ?

If they don't believe you, then they will learn it the hard way.

its simple
the ones still mine in 50BTC are the ones got paid insiders
they are not stupid to mine and not get paid
many pools are becoming more and more like cartel operation

6  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Re: 50BTC.com-THE POOL OPERATOR HAS STOPPED RESPONDING AND IS NOT PAYING MINER on: June 08, 2014, 04:48:13 PM
So last update:

After i tried to rech Mr. Miloshevich several times, or Ms. Savoskina and no one replied after all, and no refund was made:

I decided to go to the police and to court.

Now court sentenced them to repay my 47 BTC which is worth to 22.784 €. They never became the letter from court, because their adresses are wrong. If one of them travel through the EU, they will get cought by police.

So my hope, that it will be handled without legal actions are gone. I really hope they catch this criminals.

Ms. Savoskina, Mr. Miloshevich or Mr. PR-Agent of 50btc.com now it happened what i said several times to you. Pay your outstandings and everything would be fine. Or simply talk to me, NOW! Or this goes to the next level. I hope you know what the word "Interpol" means...

Nice to see this is going to police and legal actions are being taken.

These guys deserve worse.
they probably out of country by now

Maybe they are buying LTC with our BTC now, and they're going to sell them when LTC rises, and after that they will pay us. [\conspiracy theory] Smiley
better buy dogecoin
ltc doesn't look promising right now

better buy bitcoin
doge doesn't look promising right now
just doing comparison between ltc and doge and doge seems better

13  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 50BTC.com on: June 01, 2014, 03:42:50 AM
Since 50btc is (was) mainly PPS pool, and I like PPS more than PPLNS, can you recommend some other PPS pool? And I mean somebody who is actually mining on an PPS pool. Thanks.

btcmp.com is a pure PPS pool with 4% fee. Basic web-based JS UI with API, free instant payout from 0.01BTC
check out eclipse

It is absolutely beyond me why people would continue to mine at this pool.

They owe MANY people MANY BTC and yet people mine here expecting that it will be different for them?
it seems there might be insiders with pay and outsiders with no pay
totally fuck up if u ask me
15  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 50BTC.com on: May 28, 2014, 07:19:23 AM

Re: 50BTC.com-THE POOL OPERATOR HAS STOPPED RESPONDING AND IS NOT PAYING MINERS

+1 50btc.com is SCAM
maybe there are limited numbers of withdraw per day but not sure
try not to keep too many coins on their site
my withdraw is not working again after I made 6 withdraws today
will see what happen and report back
18  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 50BTC.com on: May 25, 2014, 03:35:42 PM

19  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: 50BTC.com on: May 25, 2014, 04:18:46 AM
I have names of the actual owners and workers, I have telephone numbers for one of the owners houses and I called him before the site was updated a couple of months back, lo and behold the site was updated the next day XD.

I have so much info on them. XDXDXD

Hopefully they will see this and remember exactly when I spoke to them on the phone

Or tried to speak to one of their compatriots, supposedly being out of the country when i phoned 5 minutes earlier and was put on hold to the same person by their secretary, hahahahahahhaa.

I've given them the benefit of the doubt for long enough, taking this to the next level.

Anyone care to join me in doing so or shall we all continue to give them our satisfaction and wallow in self pity on here.

how much did they rob u ?
