I deposited money to Coinbase on 25th September and got email  on 2th October that they received my money.
And today money (after 15 days!!!) still doesn't appear on my account. I left three messages to coinbase support between 2th and 6th October and still nothing. I wanted to buy BTC with this money and now BTC price 1000$ more.
