1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency on: June 24, 2018, 07:15:30 PM
In fact we don't know if it failed or not as a currency, do we? There is no way of knowing the bitcoin amount used for real-world transactions as far as I know.

Investment is of course a big part of those transactions, but how much is used for anything else is a big question mark I guess.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Will Stop ICO Promotion Services on: June 20, 2018, 11:59:14 AM
Cybersecurity pioneer and eccentric digital currency advocate John McAfee, who has long been a digital token promoter have revealed today that he will not promote ICO again because of the perceived "threat" of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mcafee revealed this through social media on his Twitter hand.

ICOs are soon dead anyways. The crypto projects that have intrinsic value are so hard to find. I guess in the long run only 4-5 chains or DAGs will stand up and stay.

McAffee was a pump and dump advocate too, and he lost all credit to me.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Bitcoin Question on: June 17, 2018, 08:59:18 PM
The whole market follows and depends on Bitcoin, thus Bitcoin can't pump unless something new happens. The word on the street is Bitcoin is a dead project. Will BTC death free all the markets or will BTC take down everything with it. Do people really believe that Bitcoin has a  demand from institutions with all the manipulation and no adoption going on? How do we get all the norms to demand the supply and get a bull run going again?

I think you are mixing two very different concepts:

- Manipulation / trading
- Real world value

Manipulation is what you get with a "so-small" market, used as a playground by some tired of NASDAQ, so nothing to really worry here, as it will certainly go back up, as it always does since 6-7 years.

Real world value is what Bitcoin, Ethereum, and all other altcoins that are not scams are beggining to have. Like it or not, the blockchain has other uses than markets and virtual uses. It IS useful. The thing to notice here is that it is young, too. So the best is to come. Mass adoption Smiley

Make your bet. I am an optimistic person
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: June 13, 2018, 08:51:30 PM
Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.

You mean time to FOMO, right? Come on be realistic, forget about your FIAT thing...
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin losing value is nothing surprising, will continue on: June 13, 2018, 08:43:50 PM
Bitcoins losing meaning and value is natural, its not capable to manage the worlds economy, you freaks dont understand that because you dont want to face and consider the complexity of the worlds socioeconomic structure, thinking you could replace all currencies with a currency that is based on race about installed computation power without imense social, cultural, and economic consequences was a ridiculous idea in the first place, that drove the ponzi scheme hype and was nothing but a naive illusion, wich you used to collect followers.

nevertheless some good thing remain, of bitcoins shortlived existance

an online kapital market, and a more decentral kapital market where the influence of the national banking cartel is reduced,

exactly what satoshi wanted.

i doubt satoshi was so stupid to actually think that he would replace all currencies with bitcoin like all his followers did.

satoshi was seeking to reduce the influence of the banking cartels, and i think he achieved what he wanted.

Haters will hate...

Have a nice day too Smiley
