I tried to trade crypto a bit, but after loosing around $2k decided that it would probably be better if I give my money to someone who really knows that he is doing...

And I found a "well-known" trader on Youtube who said "just give me API keys from your binance account and watch for your profit". I will need to pay a commission from my profits to him for managing my account on monthly basis.

And here is my questions:
1. Is it a common practice to give professionals manage your account on exchanges via API?
2. What are usual conditions for that cooperation?
3. How can I check that his REAL profitability equals DECLARED profitability?

We have a consulting company that helps other companies to conduct their ICOs.
It’s very trendy sphere and we already have many clients for our services in our country (Russia). But we want to expand to other countries and become international company based in USA, Canada or UK to be able to attract international clients.
We can do international marketing and attract clients (leads) by ourselves, but we need someone who can answer calls, send proposals (organize sales department), found USA, Canada or UK company, accept payments and deal with taxes.
That’s why we need a partner (USA, Canada or UK resident) and native English speaker who can do that.
What we can do:
1. Do marketing (attract leads) so you will need only to deal with them
2. Do all the work for clients after he signed the contract.
We see legal structure as follows:
1. For a start new company will 100% belong to our partner.
2. This new company transfers all orders to our company in our country by subcontract.
3. Partner leaves himself 30% of net profits.

This is a very perspective business as competitor companies, which operate only about half a year already have millions USD/per month turnover. Demand in this field is EXTREMELY high for now. And we must do business very fast until this hype is over.
