Considering all the hiccups, everything seems to progressing at a decent rate.  Just having a read through BKK's thread seems like it might be possible to get the board documentation completed and finalized before the group buys get shipped.  Well lets wish all the developers the best of luck =D

Indeed, one more step in the right direction for popularity and safety

Although it's a bit early to say this but I was wondering how you are planning to get the board manufactured:

1.  When you receive the chips you send them off to get the process asap

or

2.  When a set number of chips come in (say 20 boards worth as an example), then they get sent off to get processed

...and how long do you think you will be acting middle-man for (as long as there is demand) just in case some of us want more boards way further in the future

The update on the potential prices is very, very appealing

Pretty interesting concept, might play if I have a few coins lying around.

I haven't read through everyone's posts but here is my view.

I believe they will eventually deliver to the masses BUT by the time that happens very few will want these devices anymore and no one will be able to recover their ROI.

Recently got paid and was about to order myself a Jalapeno but after through trawling through tonnes of info I have decided to order a bunch of avalon chips and get someone to assemble a miner for me ^^
