Please also be aware of potential scams. The EZEC listed on etherdelta is not the same contract address as above. If you would like an invite to telegram room please PM myself or creator of ANN. Thank you and good luck to all participants.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are the trend ( e ) btc , dash , ltc........ just to earn money? on: October 08, 2017, 07:33:21 AM
hey
we see last time a new trend Of using just the symbol  "e" to Flood the market with new altcoins without any value or roadmap scary no !!!
others can say that bitcoin was like that just accepting the idea of avoiding centralization is a whistle ( toot ) to do everything randomly ?
the main question here :

are the developers shitting on people who think that altcoin is an opportunity to be rich ?

are they try to increase the price with holding it then the just sell and get out of the market with huge benefit ?

any other suggestion we are here to hear you and share your opinion

I am no expert here by any means.  But I am very much a firm believer in competition.  I am trying to view this new e-fad as some competition to the standard ICO model.  I may have this wrong but by creating the Airdrop e-coins you are able to get around SEC regulations and distribute your coin for free similarly to how Bitcoin originally did.  Just my 2 cents. I would love to read what more of you have to say.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Altcoins are you buying and hodling? on: October 08, 2017, 07:19:03 AM
One of my biggest buy low and hold coins will be ARK.  I like to trade on the coins as they have the swings.  But this one for me seems like it has a lot of potential for big upside.  I really like the smart bridges and seeing how companies are able to develop this further out.  Also it could be interesting what it looks like when the consumer or automation gets to utilize this protocol.

Hi all, I just wanted to make a brief thread saying hello.  I have been a long time reader of BTT but I never cared to post.  Now that I think the ICOs could take a turn and start using the new airdrop route I somewhat have to posts to join in.  Pros and cons to everything i suppose.  I just wish had had been posting on here when i was buying BTC through localbitcoin years back.  Nonetheless, I look forward to engaging in constructive conversation with people.  Possibly even making new friends.  I would love to hear some thoughts on what you guys/girls think about all the new Airdrops.

Is there a roadmap or whitepaper for this coin/token?

No, there isn't any.

then the companies themselves have to build a successful product in order for it to have value. as opposed to getting value from the people then as participants we hope the teams follow through

Are you really waiting for them to develop something?

I hope that people who buy eBTC token understand that eBTC is just a pump and dump, that offers nothing to cryptocurrency landscape.
The website claims fast transactions, cheaper fees and smart contracts. These all are what Ethereum offers and nothing else.
There's no work behind eBTC "project", other than communication and listing on some new exchange.
eBTC doesn't offer smart contracts, it IS an Ethereum smart contract, itself.
If it's compatible with some wallets, it's because these wallets support ALL Ethereum tokens.
There's no "project", there's just a token to make a pump, sell and forget about it.
Ethereum tokens are all around, there are thousands, now. Many are backed with a real project, people who work really hard and deserve our support. Others are empty, like eBTC (and eLTC, eXRP, eETH, eXMR… and all those who follow this wave. The scammers have got something here and will exploit it for a long time).

Think twice before bying eBTC on an exchange. Think twice.

This is why I dont post here, if you just take my one sentence out of context that's silly.  But anyway if you read my post it says I do not like the fact that people are rebranding existing coins.  so no i don't expect ebtc to be creating anything.  I dont expect bitcoin core team to develop anything.  what i am saying is this could change ICO structure to eliminate SEC regulations and make it so participants only lose the amount of time it takes them to fill out the airdrop form as opposed to losing their money investing in a company that does not have a product.

I love this new Airdrop method of distribution. I do not care for the fact that people are just re-branding existing coins but I think this will change the ICO distribution method.  as participants are getting tokens for only having to sacrifice their time of signing up.  then the companies themselves have to build a successful product in order for it to have value. as opposed to getting value from the people then as participants we hope the teams follow through.  I hope this changes the ICO structure.  The airdrop ICO mechanism will also eliminate SEC regulations from what I understand.  sorry for the newbie account.  I just never posted before only came to this site to read.  Undecided  owell gotta start somewhere. Good luck to anyone creating airdrops and participating!!
