Since konungbarber issue or problem got resolved then inform him that he should clear out that scam accusation for your trust rating would be neutralize and regain back your reputation.
Not sure if it is as easy as that. I don't support nor oppose the flag, but i still find what p2pb2b did highly untrustworthy, whether or not they resolved the situation and made the victim whole or not. I guess a Type-1 flag would suffice for that though.
I'm actually not sure what the rules regarding this are. Is the victim required to remove the flag if he's made whole? I guess so? So far on checking out there 2 complaints about their service. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5166081.0http://archive.is/DjmMekonungbarber issue said it was already solved I don't know the other hand.It isn't really enough to be cleared out directly but gradual solving out those pending ones will be their best option if they would like to regain their reputation. http://archive.is/DjmMethe email conversation ( https://imgur.com/a/ITs7lXL) is obvious stalling tactics nothing else. it's safe to say the try to steal your funds.

Problem with TNS is the dev.
When you ask critical question on Telegram it's immediately labeled as FUD. and then you get banned from writing.

Devs, anything new around the project? Silence in last month here... Prove us why we paid 0.70+ $ per coin in ICO for a current price of less than 0.003 $ ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Is there any development at all? devs are active in telegram and TNS won the community vote on https://abcc.com and will be listed soon there Dude, I don't give a damn where devs are active. They need to respond to requests from everywhere - here, discord, telegram... When they have sold us their coins, they were active everywhere! And by the way, for a project like their "won a vote" and "list somewhere" is not an achievement, because at the end of the day if you have shit or none working project your coin/token will cost less than satoshi even in if you are listed in Binance for example... you have bought the coins ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) and they respond in telegram. I don't know why they don't respond here or in discord. But what I know is that everyone dumped their tokens as you can see in the chart. the listing on abcc is an achievment since the exchange is carefully evaluating top projects for vote only and it's a sign the devs are active and there is a coming working product behind it. when this will be only the devs can answer. the listing on abcc is an achievement since the exchange is carefully evaluating top projects for vote only and it's a sign the devs are active and there is a coming working product behind it ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) what a joke - you've made my day dude! the mighty exchange who "carefully evaluating top projects to vote" ... oh my god... I'm in tears ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'm glad you are so happy about it that you are in tears but not necessary. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) read for yourself: https://help.abcc.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015265532-ABCC-Premium-Project-Assessment-Policy

Another freshly made account for shilling.
......
....... PS. Funny they have a British dude talking about the coin, but it's got an Asian name and admin can't speak English. Weird. The "dev" said he's from the "UK" (even though his English sucks). He doesn't speak any Japanese either, which is quite hilarious. Thanks for warning people by the way. Lots of newcomers lately and it would be really sad if these shitty scammers would scare them out of crypto just so they can make some pocket money. who fucking cares if the dev is a dude from UK, India or USA. you are wasting your time by stating the obvious. you think you are smart for uncovering the truth? everyone knows that he is not japanese and it does'nt make any difference tbh. and he is active, working on exchanges, promoting the coin. like every other coin dev of the 1000 of coins on cmc. and if the coin is a masternode coin from some dev who wants to make money. who cares? every coin even the top 50 coins are scams then. everywhere neo, monero, bitcoin litecoin is promoted from newspapers to the last forum until everyone has bought in and then the early buyers drop on the highest buyers. where is the difference? and the really good coins with active devs, long term goals, real use nobody invests in and are most of the time pushed down by some nerdy btcwhales.

I think some people here are pathetic to think about sueing the red pulse team.
It was a very good ICO with some hiccups but that's absolutely normal. It's the first NEO ICO and it went very smooth.
I also sent 27 neo before the timer ended and didn't get any red pulse tokens. so I sent again 27 after the timer ended and received them instantly. Normal thinking is that they will refund the ones sent too early.
and since then I received like 5 emails in a very professional manner that everything will be refunded step by step. even the gas lol.
