I will be available this entire weekend if anyone would like to chat. I can explain the business plan/marketing campaign in detail and go over the approach we will take in order to avoid the many pitfalls associated with poker based sites.

According to your text this is innovative because of Dice + Poker combination?

- PocketRocketsCasino - offers poker, dice and blackjack
- Betcoin - offers poker, a full casino and sportsbook
- nitrogensports - offers poker and sportsbook
- Seals - offers poker and even a "dice" game through the lobby chat bot

I don't think it's that innovative.

You might also underestimate how hard it is to get a poker site active. I have seen almost all new bitcoin poker sites close after a few months in the last 1-2 years. The problem is that for dice it's ok to have 5 players online in the beginning, but with poker they play against each other so you need a much bigger user base.

Then 50 BTC for 30%? I understand the bankroll has to handle variance. So does this mean you will match up ~100 BTC for the 70%? Or will 50 BTC be the whole bankroll?

Because the software (with that crappy Maven poker software) or "idea" itself is not worth 166 BTC (50/30*100)

Also the whole "investors" idea in dice sites is technically wrong. It is not really investing. I can remove my "investment" from PRC, dice.ninja, or whatever at any time I want. It's just providing bankroll - not investing. You might want to explain how this will work on your site. Can I remove my "bankroll contribution" at any time I want?

Good luck though.

I'm deeply sorry about the delayed response. I'll try my best to touch on all your points.

Somewhat true - As of right now each site you listed hasn't integrated the games fluidly and therefore doesn't solve the problem we're trying to. Besides just hosting both games we offer many features that are going to be exclusive to our site. We're not trying to reinvent the wheel - Simply improve on what's already available.

Thank you for raising this point. I forgot to add in a section which addresses this exact problem. Without going into too much detail we have a system in place that will allow us to partner up with another site outside the BTC/LTC community and 'merge' our poker clients. By doing this we guarantee at least some activity as my partner is a major player in his niche market. These players will be sufficient as building blocks and will prevent us from suffering the same fate as our predecessors.

That is correct 50 BTC for 30% equity. The 50 BTC will be the entire bankroll.

Another good point - Investors will receive dividends weekly. There will be a page where investors can follow their investment along. Since this is a long term investment opportunity, Investors who wish to divest will need to provide 48 hour notice.

Thank you so much for answering these questions, I greatly appreciate it

I should clarify the minimum investment is 1 BTC. I have gotten quite a few messages regarding this and thought I should clear up any confusion.

**Please don't move this topic to the securities subsection. It doesn't belong there as I'm not putting this investment on a public exchange, I'm looking for a private(s) investor for an inherently risky business venture.**

Solobet

At the crux Solobet provides a service unlike any other currently available by eliminating the need to withdraw or jump through hoops in order to bet on multiple games. Solobet aims to bridge the gap between Poker & Dicing by offering these games in tandem. Our goal was to be innovative while maintaining the integrity of bitcoin gambling. How Much Are You Looking For?

We're seeking an investment of 50 BTC. This investment equates to a 30% equity in Solobet.net.

What Will My Investment Be Used For?

Your investment will be split into several categories:
- The majority of your investment will be used to bankroll the site. As we offer a mere 1% house edge on dicing - a large bankroll will be required to deal with the variance.
- A portion of your investment will be used to pay for development of new features, system administration, and server costs.
- Lastly, your investment will help market Solobet through giveaways and advertising campaigns.

Why should I invest?

Investing in Solobet is a long term commitment and therefore is not the right investment choice if you're simply looking to make a 'quick buck'. With that said, Solobet is a wonderful investment for those who are hopeful in the longterm prospects of Bitcoin and specifically Bitcoin gambling. Solobet has the potential to be at the forefront of the bitcoin gambling industry in the near future as Bitcoin becomes more and more mainstream. This is an unique investment opportunity unlike the majority of gambling sites who simply offer a rehashed clone of their competitors.  Solobet boasts a plethora of features that are innovative and as owners view this site as a 'work in progress', and are always looking for ways to improve our product.

What Can I Expect As An Investor?
As an investor in Solobet you will receive a 24/7 direct line of communication with the owner of the site. Your word will not go on deaf ears as you will have the opportunity to play an active role in managing the the site. Investors will also have access to view live updates on their own investment in regards to profits/loss. Lastly, investors can expect passionate owners who are fully committed to seeing the project through.

Here are some pictures of the site's overhaul we're currently in the process of completing. Please keep in mind these pictures are subject to change and the final product may look slightly different as many features aren't present.

For those interested in viewing an older version of Solobet please visit - http://www.win4fun.net

Keep in mind the site is/has gotten a huge overhaul and isn't live yet. The live demo is missing quite a few features and front end changes that will be added in the 'public' version.

To clarify - This investment opportunity is open to multiple individuals, it doesn't have to a singular investor putting down all 50 BTC.

Lol, but CS is showing it live, white (highest CS rating), with the latest trade being September 08, 2014 Huh

CS wonders will never cease...  click the link Smiley ==> https://cryptostocks.com/securities/65

That's wierd.... Never got notified of any purchases.

Also I edited the listing so people stop mistakenly investing. I have refunded those people who invested by accident. I can't seem to be able to delete it so I'll send CS an email and hopefully they can help me.
16  Economy / Securities / Re: Solobet | Invest in Innovative 1% Dice + Poker Site | Bitcoin & Litecoin on: September 15, 2014, 10:21:06 PM
Thanks, ic.  What happened with your GigaDice account?  What happened with the site?  Seems like it's dead, but still trading on CS?  https://cryptostocks.com/securities/65

I'm not quite sure what happened to my account but I cannot access it anymore. I have sent in a request to Theymos to recover it. In regards to gigadice.com - I ended up selling it and refunded everyone who invested on cryptostocks. Here is the thread and proof of everyone being refunded.

Why are you running multiple threads?  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=762493.0
This you?  http://www.win4fun.net/

I made that topic a while back without explaining the site and investment opportunity in great enough detail. I decided to wait for a while to have the 'overhaul' done so interested parties could see an up to date version of what they were investing in. The site you linked is in the OP and it is the previous version of the site before the massive changes we implemented.

Here are some pictures of the site's overhaul we're currently in the process of completing. ...

Your domain name less than two weeks old, and already overhauling your site, OP?

Yes - Initially I was going to launch a site that catered to a different currency but felt the crypto currency community would be a better fit. This site has been in the 'works' since late June. The reason for the overhaul was because there were changes that needed to be made in order to be competitive in the cryptocurrency scene, whereas they were not needed in my previous market.
