1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will keep people from getting into cryptocurrency? on: September 08, 2018, 07:17:49 PM
Some of the ressons why most people dont get into bitcoin It’s because it volatile nature the current problem with cryptocurrency is that its price is very unpredictable. Today the price is high the tomorrow it’s down. Due to this investors are scared to invest because they cannot predict how the market will behave. Even with Bitcoin having been working well you cannot still term it stable.People see Bitcoin as a Ponzi scheme The talk of Ponzi scheme has existed for some time.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why government announce bitcoin is illegal? on: September 08, 2018, 07:08:35 PM
Bitcoins are not authorized as medium of payment. Furthermore the government feels that bitcoins which is virtual currencies may encourage illegal transactions. As there is no rule to regulate them. This has made Government  announce officially the Bitcoin payment as illegal.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: September 08, 2018, 07:04:06 PM
Yes I strongly believe that bitcoin can be accepted globaly the world’s first decentralized currency is now form of payment in dozens of countries around the world. As more countries begin to adopt this innovative technology, it’s clear that Bitcoin has the potential to become the new global currency not tied to a specific country or central bank
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Warren Buffet , Bill Gates , ... call Bitcoin a scam ? on: September 08, 2018, 04:50:19 PM
To debunk this, let’s begin by comparing Bitcoin to Apple stock .Apple is a “platform” company that produces hardware, software and services. Their products are real-world assets that are worth money.
Bitcoin, on the other hand, does not generate any physical assets in and of itself, i.e. it doesn’t produce any physical items or services that can then be sold on the open market.threatened by bitcoin's existence and  it is decentralized monetary system in the whole world with a global decentralized payment system that they can no longer matain the one spot of been the richest
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The SHADY side of the Crypto Industry on: September 08, 2018, 04:33:07 PM
To me some the shady side of is due to the fact that bitcoin users can also be subject to theft, scams, and frauds, which some argue is made easier because of Bitcoin’s structure and lack of regulation. The very nature of Bitcoin makes fraud prevention hard, one of the biggest factors being there is no way to retrieve Bitcoin that has been stolen or conned, and no way to revert the transaction
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: September 08, 2018, 03:07:18 PM
unknown person or people who developed bitcoin, authored the bitcoin white paper, and created and deployed bitcoin's original reference implementation.[1] As part of the implementation, they also devised the first blockchain database.[2] In the process they were the first to solve the double-spending problem for digital currency using a peer-to-peer network. They were active in the development of bitcoin up until December 2010.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: September 08, 2018, 02:22:47 PM
it's common for many coins and tokens to move in similar patterns. When bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocurrency by market cap, goes up, other digital tokens tend to increase in value as well. When BTC declines, it's likely that other players in the space will drop at the same time
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People call bitcoin a fraud or ponzi scheme on: September 08, 2018, 02:17:06 PM
A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investing scam promising high rates of return with little risk to investors when you understand the technology behind Bitcoin and the reason it was invented, you will see that it is actually the total opposite of a Ponzi scheme and it been a  fraud the lack of knowledge about how it works makes people think it a fraud
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin? ✅ on: September 08, 2018, 09:23:58 AM
Even with the negative stories that seem to flood the news at times, Bitcoin is actually more secure than most other financial systems. Taking the time to learn about how Bitcoin works and investing in a secure wallet is essential in keeping your Bitcoin safe.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it true that bitcoin is a disaster for local banks on: September 08, 2018, 09:16:50 AM
bitcoin has blockchain, the technology that powers Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, is that it can “create trust”, or allow two parties to make a transaction “without relying on trust  this means we could create a world without a trusted “man in the middle”. We could have financial services without a bank verifying transactions and we could transfer ownership with all this unique features of bitcoin most banks believed its a disaster to them
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Government bans Bitcoins? on: September 08, 2018, 09:08:55 AM
The beauty of bitcoin is that it is both decentralized and trustless.  Because of this, no government can do anything to stop or alter Bitcoin.  Governments can pass all the laws they want to attempt to criminalize buying bitcoins, using bitcoins. but they are powerless to stop or change Bitcoin itself
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can we make people accept bitcoins as a currency? on: September 08, 2018, 09:02:22 AM
First and formost i think the move is to make people  Understand It as a lots of people don't even know what's bitcoin
People generally fear what they don’t understand. If we can start by creating such awareness about bitcoin and its advantage I think it wil a great step in making people accept it

17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you surprise by bitcoin price now? on: January 22, 2018, 10:13:14 PM
Absolutely, because there are no major trigger that caused the price to go up and yet the price going up so high in an instant, this case usually going to end up in correction, but within the new breakthrough there will be new bottom limit, but I still surprise to see the price keep on increasing in the middle of the multi-fork event
Let me quickly quote you in other to point out a very important point, when the price was rising very high in November-december many newbies in the bitcoin community thought it will keep on rising without coming down, and at this point the price is now a little bit above $10000 and they start complaining and rushing into panic selling. But never understand what volatility means and what is price correction in the cryptocurrencies market.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why aren't there more women in Bitcoin? on: January 22, 2018, 09:53:53 PM
Well that just the fact men are so aggressive and at that are ready to take risk, while men go for the work before the fruit, women on the other seek to see the fruit first before they can be motivated to work. Technology generally is seen as a man field and also most women believe only what they can see physically and don't believe in online stuffs they think is a scam.
