The government can not control bitcoins and wants to ban it so that people are not free and can not dispose of their finances peacefully. I think in the future, crypto currencies will be tied to banks to control them. Of course any country will concider bitcoin as a threat since it's not under their central banks control and they cant track transactions.

The obvious difference between bitcoin and real money is the tangibility.  Bitcoin is intangible while real money is tangible.  Government back you up with the real money while not on bitcoins.  Real money system is a close ledger hidden from the public while Bitcoin is an open ledger available in public who ever wanted to see the transactions. Government have no role in bitcoin but in real money government is the central node that control the flow of money.

The fact that bitcoin is digital doesn't change it's value as money at all, considering it being defined as something that can be used to obtain items and services and bitcoin fit in that category. cryptocurrency will never make the real money disappear, real money can not disappear because supported by citizen and controlled by the government.

It's because of fake news in internet and also they are not aware of real fact of bitcoin/block chain. So they are getting afraid of scam. But its not like that. Those who are all against bitcoin, they are missing the huge opportunity of their life. They just think that bitcoin is mostly used for crime and only see bitcoin from the negative side.

every form of money is used in crime, cash, credit cards, any money. So we can't say that Bitcoin is the only one and that it is bad for that reason, everything valuable can be used by criminals for their own needs.

I am not sure if Bitcoin will overcome Paypal some day. I am sure that cryto coins in common will overcome Paypal. but i don't think it can overcome paypal in the meaning of killing it. because first of all paypal is working with money and you can't kill that and also a big business like paypal is surely watching bitcoin and in case they feel threatened they will simply add bitcoin to their service.
