I require a marketplace to be built in PHP (for deployment on the LAMP stack) with the following functionality:

- Bitcoin is the currency used to buy,sell, or bid meaning I need full bitcoin wallet integration into the marketplace. Users can see their bitcoin wallet address and send coins to and from this wallet and have it reflected in their balance
- User backend split into two tiers: 
BUYER ACCOUNT: to manage purchases, view their bitcoin balance, update personal details etc
SELLER ACCOUNT: add items for sale, view their bitcoin balance, update personal details etc
- Admin backend to manage all users (be able to suspend/delete or upgrade status), bitcoin wallet balances, listings, categories for listings etc
- Simple marketplace functionality - categories (only addable by admin), simple image with description underneath and click though to more detailed description + to buy or bid
- Admin needs to automatically take a % commission from all sales to a separate bitcoin address. Commission % can be edited for each user if required
- HIGHLY SECURE - this marketplace cannot be open to any SQL injection or other common attacks. I will be commissioning a security expert to pen test prior to launch
- All funds are held in escrow bitcoin account for purchases until the buyer marks as received to which funds are sent to seller. Auto send of funds to occur after 14 days of purchase
- Mobile responsive so the front end should ideally be built on Bootstrap or another responsive framework
- All static pages, CSS should be editable by me easily (I am a developer so can easily edit from raw HTML, CSS files)
- Happy for a PHP framework such as Laravel or CodeIgnitor to be used as long as it is impeccably secure

I want the platform to be built quite quickly maximum over the next few months for deployment prior to end of November.

You will have to sign a NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT to work on this project.

Further brief will be given to the successful developer chosen for this project.

There will be further development work opportunity for the developer who does the initial build to work on further releases.
