How long does it take to update your worker on the multipool url? Been mining for 20 mins or so and nothing showing up yet ... used to be a lot quicker. I think I have it all running right now at least on my GTX 560 Ti with CGminer 3.7.2 60-80 kHs is about right. Current situation: switch to cudaminer and you'll get higher hashrate. it takes a long time for the website to update the rates, if your miner looks normal don't worry about it.

7777 has died on me 2.5 hours ago & hasn't come online since, which is a shame i'll give 17777 a try tomorrow, currently testing some other waters my straum proxy that all my miners point to went down sometime today and was totally crashed until I killed and restarted the proxy process, might be related.

Starting DGC at 20% profitability handicap. I need everyone to let me know if your payouts are exceeding or coming short.
Current Hash Rate 720 Mh/s Valid Round Shares 182 Invalid Round Shares 0 Your Efficiency 100% Est. Coins/Block 0.1443 Est. Coins/Day 58.8035 Total DGC Earned 11.99046326 I've been using the multiport so obviously not a full 24 hours hitting it

My miners have been switching flawlessly now. Please post your experience using the multiport.
I also fixed the code not to update the site until right when it does the switch. Previously this was happening 5 minutes early.
Mine are switching as expected.

stratum works on your multiport correct?
yep. I had to restart my proxy server just now as it was stuck on mnc while the page showed ltc. But I've had it running for a couple days. Flound1129, Could you clarify the news posted from today? - 05/28/2013 WDC profitability calculation changed to 75% of optimal profitability. Is that basically a handicap on wdc when deciding if the pool should switch to it, or?

mine seems to avg in the 98-99% accept range, using the multiport

getting a 'mysql server has gone away' error on my stratum proxy host right now

if there is something that I could request that should be pretty easy, could you put more stats up?
For example, in the top right it would be nice to know what the current network rate is for each of the coins, not just the pool rate / exchange value / profit vs btc (those are great too though).
Also in the account management area, it would be nice to know what my current donation % is set to, I think I remember it being 2% when I signed up, and I may have changed it to 0% or 1% and I would like to know what it is at a glance similar to other pools I have used/am using.
There's a graph of the network hash rate vs. difficulty on the my stats page. I'll look into making the donation % more prominent, thanks. Right, but that graph is per coin so it takes a lot of clicking / time to compare the network hash rate of all the coins that way, rather than just the current # being displayed next to the pool rate up top on the always visible stats...

this pool is great due to this great feature...if it worked. I cant be awake all day and night to change configurations in rig and check Profitability. keep up the good work. G well it's obviously a beta idea being tested. But it seems to work a bit as my minions switched from wdc to mnc at least once, as I have a balance of both on my account now. As a test I stopped/started my stratum proxy server and it looks like they're still working on mnc. edit: nvm the stats on the page seem a little lagged, they're working on wdc now. Maybe as a workaround I'll just throw a script into a cronjob to have my stratum proxy restart every hour.

i stopped and started cgminer...and still mining MNC!!! i have to do it manually by changing port

We found our first 5 blocks!
Extreme luck? ...or lower diff? Have made more within the first hour here than I have mining WDC anywhere else.
and how many orphans? I'm noticing whenever diff on WDC drops below 1, number of orphans increasing till almost 50% - Which makes it half efficient - means - mining crap... I'm mining on erundook pool - is it same on others pools? something with your pool, this doesn't happen at multipool.in

I'm moving my stratumproxy server to hit you on port 7777, I love the idea so I don't have to manually edit my proxy script
|
|
|
you should add www.multipool.in to the pools list, it seems really well run and easy to redirect my miners to mine different coins, just have to change the port my stratum proxy server points to...

why has the pool stats page now got double height spacing?
also can someone confirm manual payout works
manual payout works for me, auto does not. the 'invalid shares' on the stats also looks to be broken, it always shows 0 but most of my miners are in the 99% accepted range. I also seem to be getting 65% of what I expected to be earning. I was making even less on the wdcpool.erundook.net pools due to a super high stale share/orphan block rate on that pool.

if the cpu's are dual or quad core, just reduce the amount of threads (-t) to an amount less than the max, for example a 4 core cpu with 2 threads running would see "50%" usage.
Laptops are likely to overheat easily and destroy the battery life if you have this run constantly on them...especially if the users don't know this is happening on them.

I have a 7870xt and a 7950,now here's the problem, the card that is in the top PCI-E x16 slot always gets extreme temperatures.(Tried with both, the one on top always gets to 90-100 degrees celcius, while the bottom one stays cool at 75 max.) I have a CoolerMaster HAF X tower, and have tried everything, but the temperature won't go down. Anybody can suggest something other than watercooling?WC is too expensive and advanced for me,so I'd prefer fan cooling advice. I recently ordered a Bitfenix Spectre Pro 200mm fan to add to the top,and a Spectre Pro 230mm fan to replace the front, will it suffice? (Sorry if it seems like I'm invading the thread, hopefully any advice given should help the OP as well)
P.S. Noise is not an issue.
lay the case on it's side rather than standing up, and keep the side panel off. I already have the side panel off, will it being on its side help that much? I also forgot to mention that I have the rear fan turned the opposite way so it blows cold air rather than expel it,and have done the same with the top fan as well. yes being on it's side makes a big difference, heat rises. You should have the rear and top fans blowing out, you want fresh air drawn in from the front, exchanged over the heatsinks, and then blown out of the case. If all the fans face in, you're just going to be turning it into an oven.

WOW - pretty cool.... So to get the default settings.... running 50,000 Mhash/s (is this the same as 50 Ghash/s?) ... you could buy this? https://products.butterflylabs.com/homepage/50-gh-s-bitcoin-miner.htmlAnd it would be $2500 and assuming 100W @ $0.15/kwhr it would generate $23235.83 USD in 3 months? If that's the case, why doesn't everyone order one of these $2500 boxes? because it's vaporware until they actually ship something to customers who have already ordered.
