Sincerely, for me, it is the opportunity to be part of this revolution.
Not everyone will get to own it. Though what i have now is small. I'm more into other blockchains but i have decided not to go lower in my BTC holdings.
I can only hold more.
Surely, it'd yield more value but i would have money from other sources. it is not my retirement plan.

So, how do we know when a coin has actually mooned? Is it at 2x, 5x, 10x, 100x or something higher?

In my noobs opinion, the biggest problem of altcoins is their proliferation. There seems to be a thousand released every other day and a great number of them are scams with notthing to deliver. The crypto community needs to sit up and collaborate instead of replicating lots of existing projects.

At 26, you're just starting.
First and foremost, take a well deserved vacation.
Put your earnings in something physical like real estate and let it out.
If you're tired of trading, find a reliable pool to put your assets in and do crypto passively.
