Got a problem with COBs tokens at 40% bonus... if anyone can help me pls replay.

I was involved in crowdfunding, but I encountered the following problem. I sent 1 ether to their ICO adress , and im not receiving it .. even the custom token is added

i see my COB like here, and cant move them or remove them..
The second problem is, when i tryed to chek my token balance at https://ethplorer.io/address/0x8b9d787fee55ff6c2c779fcd26d76f9d2a9a21c3#pageSize=100 i see that my COB tokens are missing ?
If someone had an idea whats happening let me know.
