Blackcoin wasn't exactly premined. Just the POW stage for BC didn't last as long as Fluttercoin's (I think it was only around 1 week of POW). But I guess since the mining stage was so short it was maybe "premined" by the few people who knew about it and had the hashing power available. Right place at the right time though. This might be the next right place.
