Hi!
I wanted to mine directly at Bittrex address (I got a base address and a payment ID) and inserted the base address into the aeon-stak-nvidia-1.4.0-win64-CUDA9 config file.
But when I was going to check the wallet at the pool (aeon-pool.com) it turned out that the address has already been taked and has send many txs.
How could that be?

Dont think you can do that from aeon pool need a node js pool I think to have payments with id Can use HitBTC though? It doesn't take that long though to just make a wallet, look at public nodes on the subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/Aeon/comments/73829j/public_nodes_new_list/Download that there is a version you dont need to compile just save the bat from the link above to where ever you extract this to and run that https://github.com/aeonix/aeon/releases |

@Durins Bane. The lottery mentioned to be sure to account for the 0.01 transaction fee. We know some Aeon holders might be intimidated in using the command line. So maybe it is a good idea to post the exact command or instructions to type in the command line.
Also, I see there are Aeon haters in the thread. There must be something about this coin that threatens them hehehe.
It was more in relation to people who are sending coins from an exchange some were getting the tx fee taken from the amount they withdrew I have just removed it now but I will add the transfer line thanks for input  |

Sent transaction and its not showing on chain anyone know how I can recover? We will take the initial seed and combine it with the number of lightning strikes in a five-minute window. If the seed is 12345 and there are 67 lightning strikes within the five-minute window the seed will be 1234567. This seed is then used with the Mersenne Twister Algorithm, which given the seed will always give the exact same output for everyone to verify. Open notepad, type "aeond --data-dir <D:\DIRECTORY\YOU\WANT\TO\STORE\BLOCKCHAIN\TO>" without the <> and "", save as, change .txt file type to all, change the name of the file to "anything.bat" and save it to the folder you have aeond in, run it and it should start syncing the blockchain to that directory.
Just run that instead of aeond whenever want to use your wallet. It might be forward / instead of \ I am not sure

Why do we seem to not get blocks on time as the difficulty rises?
Whats causing this? it seems like a pretty bad issue? My pool is at 250-300% for a block
Been up to 500% before and I have even seen it at 700%
I have seen blocks not being found for over 45 minutes in the past. Right now it is the same?
Anyone able to give insight into why this happens?

I am using the xmrigCC and it is the best cpu miner for cryptonight and cryptonight-lite. With other miner I was doing around 1700h/s on aeon but with the xmrig mining with 2080h/s. The dev is really good and he know his stuff and the optimization is too good. The miner even got dashboard on which it it easy to keep track on the miners and you can chage config files without even connecting to the miner itself. OPTIONAL TO SAVE TIME if possible download our latest SNAPSHOT OF THE BLOCKCHAIN (Last update 16th Oct 2017). Open file explorer (WINDOWS KEY + E), type %appdata%, copy the aeon folder into /roaming/ (should already be in /roaming/, %appdata% puts you there automatically, just drag aeon folder from rar)
