1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest more than you can afford to lose? on: August 28, 2021, 10:44:38 PM
Yes it's always adviced to invest what you can afford to loose because nothing is certain, in the crypto market anything can happen, invest what you can afford to loose is a simple saying telling us to manage risk in crypto, don't be more concerned of the profit because you can also loose as well. Lately I came to find out that investing with all you got can make you be so emotional after investing or while trading because you did trade like your life depends in the trade and this could actually lead to failure.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is better: Ethereum or the Binance Smart Chain? on: August 28, 2021, 10:37:09 PM
The common reason why BSC is better these days is because of the fee.
Eth = expensive fee
BSC = cheap fee
That's the easiest comparison and reason that we can comprehend if it's about these two chains.
The ethereum network was really a good one and can't be compared to any other network until it got congested which led to the high prices in fee and slow transaction. The BSC network was created to solve this issue and it has been gaining more utility and traction which we could possibly say it's better than the eth network in terms of transaction. Let's also note that ETH is still at the lead and can't be over looked because of it's short coming.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins survive the dip on: August 28, 2021, 10:27:02 PM
Not only good projects will survive in the market but other projects also gain popularity if they have good team management and future plans. Many projects have acquired top rankings with better development and future plans.
For sure a shit coin with good marketing power will surely gain popularity and hype which will eventually bring in investors to buying thier coin and therefore the high demands will eventually boost the price of the token, but let me assure you that for the long run the good project will be the one to survive because there will be a time people will no longer see reason in investing in coin with just hype and no use case, the use case of a coin boost it's price movement as well.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Staking Coins a Good Idea? on: August 27, 2021, 10:15:18 PM
Actually, I heard about Staking the coins gives apy. I want to know is really a staking good idea & what will be the staking months like 1 month, six months or 1 year.
Staking is not actually for someone who is looking to make money with their capital, its only for someone who is already having huge amount of staking and don't know what to do with their money so they can stake and get very little returns per year. So you have to hold your coins for a year to get that return but while holding period the value of your coin may fall 50% or rise 50% so understand the risk associated with that before staking.
Well actually the staking reward isn't that lucrative but could be more beneficial to people with bigger capital, and also one thing to note is that staking is just like locking your money for a period of time, staking is just like having a spare funds to keep out for a period of time and gain little rewards in return, it's not a get rich quick scheme or a formula for doubling small capital either, so for me I would say staking is for those with huge capital and funds which isn't ready to be spent yet.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Every altcoins has chance on: August 27, 2021, 09:59:13 PM
no website or anything guys. only our own analysis in determining which projects have token pumps. I think even though there are websites that provide signals it may not necessarily be 100% accurate. my experience is to analyze and research the altcoin we will choose ourselves so we don't get stuck in the wrong position
.
Your correct, just to add up! To be able to Identify a project which it's coin can likely pump first of all do some research and check out the team behind the project how hardworking there are, check for what they have to offer and how it could be of help to the space, another good one would be making analysis to be able to identify when there will likely be a pump in the market, for me I don't normally like signals because it will only help u to make money in crypto but won't let you know how to make your own trades.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which timeframe do you use for day trading? on: August 27, 2021, 05:03:06 PM
To be sincere the time frame you use is very short, I don't use such time frame when trading, because for me I think the candles on that time frame wouldn't be strong enough for me to determine what the next move of the market would be, so I prefer using the longer time frame like the 1 hour time frame for scalping and having good entry but for long term trade or investing I use the weekly and monthly chart pattern. About trading with bots, i ain't familiar with it so I can't say more or less about it.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic on: August 26, 2021, 10:07:37 AM
I don't blame them for being panic, if bear takes over the market while you are still holding some altcoins you will be forced to hold for years again like 2017 or take your loss and leave, this is why I warned so many against buying at high price, this isn't a time to buy but a time to take profits but many don't see things this way
So bad when the pump started earlier a lot of people weren't ready to buy yet some where afraid prices would dump and they end up buying at the top thinking the trend will continue. Another thing I think should be taking into consideration is the new around the crypto industry, after investing they should try as much as possible to pay attention to crypto updates because sometimes the news affects the movement of the market.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: August 26, 2021, 10:00:58 AM
Over the years crypto has been known to be a beneficial source of income and a tool for a successful investment to those who are very much aware of how the crypto market works, even with the slightest knowledge of knowing the basis of crypto a person can still make cool profits with time, just to buy low and sell high. Crypto is the future and those who believes in it will be very fortunate to have joined the crypto world earlier, what is needed is  just time, just so you know! A lot of lives have being changed.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency and entertainment. on: August 26, 2021, 09:46:56 AM
As someone pointed out, it could be the adoption of governments, but that's a slippery slope and maybe the long way to go about getting recognition. I'd say, for the most part, people want to hear about crypto being more stable and the use of tech being more widespread. That type of news would get more people behind it.

The part you said crypto being more stable is a NO for me, the volatility is really what makes crypto being more profitable, so saying crypto being more stable will interest people is actually a no. Bitcoin getting more adoption and being accepted as means of payment is a good news which can actually boost it's price, for example tesla accepting bitcoin as means of payment will boost the buy force of bitcoin which will definitely increase it's price, seeing this pump many would be tempted to jump in and more people will keep buying bitcoin in order to purchase tesla.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Why don't banks work with cryptocurrency? on: August 26, 2021, 09:34:21 AM
Because the majority of them afraid of crypto regulation, thats all. Crypto is still a shady thing in almost every country
At first I think it's because the bank regulation doesn't work with crypto, the bank rules doesn't fit with crypto so banks sees it as a threat, and also another reasons banks doesn't work with crypto is because it's decentralised and gives users full access to thier money which bank in turn sees as a crime names money laundering. Also since banks is a centralised entity it's been afraid of working with bitcoin because there feel bitcoin is being used for illicit activities.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Makes Meme Coins, What Do You Think? on: August 25, 2021, 09:58:07 PM
The truth is if he wants to create a coin of his own he would have done it because he has all that's required and the coin might do well! You know why? He got enough money and fame which he can surely use go to the back up his coin and create partnership with his fame and not just that, he can surely make his coin to get use cases by making them a native token of his project and this will likely boost the price of the token. But it's better he just remain that way because his coin could be manipulated by him.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: August 25, 2021, 09:38:07 PM

When you are driving your car but you have found that there's a problem in your car and will you still drive your car? It doesn't make sense to do that. You may need to repair your car to drive it again.
Congestion is not a big problem as it will be solved soon and once that will be happening and there's no need to say another competitor has a lot of potential to take the ethereum's place.
Remember about EOS and TRON which have declared to be ethereum killers and then they are failed.
Yea there is definitely no need to call any project ETH killers because if ETH dies it will affect the whole crypto. Well I think possible some day this whole madness of high fees and slow transactions will definitely be over, well is really so bad that the ETH 2.0 has been launched and yet still no much changes, just a slight reduction in fees but it's still high compared to the amount of we do pay for fees back then
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people buying NFT on: August 25, 2021, 09:23:08 PM
NFTs has been trending lately in the crypto space sometimes I really wonder why it got so much hype, well I think the NFTs coin are promising and a good source of investment that's why it got so much hype and also it's kinda promote creativity in the crypto space, what really baffles me is the high prices it's been sold for, like people are spending a whole lot of money just to own some graphics like I feel so amazed. With time I will get to understand how all of this works and would surely like to take part in it as well.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: August 21, 2021, 10:40:33 PM
Tron Coin has been in the market for long now, and also has it's own blockchain, the project is strong, up and doing, the tron project is much more better than doge coin in terms of usability and has a lot to offer, but due to good marketing and shilling power doge coin has being doing much more better than tron Coin, but I can say the tron Coin can still do better in the coming months if the market continue being bullish, but am kind of surprised how such a good project token is still so much undervalued, well I think all they need now is good marketing.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never Trade On Emotions on: August 21, 2021, 10:16:09 PM
Invest a little by little if you have the intention to buy. You decide if you want to buy full from your money at the current prices. But if you're too anxious about it.
You can cost average and buy each time it goes down or up based from your budget. That's an effective strategy so you don't miss every buying opportunity or whenever a price goes down and another round of decrease happens.
I will likely say it's always good to make your action control your emotions in crypto, don't let your emotions make you FOMO into the market, know when to buy and when not to, seeing a pumping market your not supposed to jump in, wait for a correction or better still let it go, one thing we need to know is that chasing a pumping market can be very much risky it's better to wait for the market to come to u or better look out for another coin which is yet to fly.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: August 15, 2021, 03:49:02 AM
Technically, those at the top can solve the poverty but why would they do it? Solving poverty means that they can't find desperate people that will do their bidding so they can stay at the top. I agree that it is possible but we have to be able to convince those at the top that they will benefit more if there isn't poverty, but I know that it will be impossible because once the people at the poverty line is saved, the middle class will not have anything to be fearful because I believe that the rich put the poor people so the middle class are put in their place protecting what they currently from being stolen by the poor.
That's just the mentality of human, the rich always feel if the poor get rich no one will be their errand boy or house maid to carry on their daily activities at home so this is more reason the rich refuses to make the poor more informed and educated so as to fight poverty, instead there offer them menial jobs so as to limit their focus to be in the little salary there get and live their lives in the range of amount they get.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: The Role of Government in Crypto on: August 15, 2021, 03:41:05 AM
In what way do cryptocurrencies coexist with banks? These are completely different systems, and nor they can, nor should coexist.
Cryptocurrencies can and, in fact, are functioning without governmental regulations in many countries, while still remaining at the status of legal (check wiki list for crypto legality by countries), only few impose bans or taxes.

Crypto is more better off without the government, but those greedy people wouldn't want to let the system rest, crypto is decentralised and keeps to the privacy of individuals, government imposing regulations on bitcoin like applying taxes is actually bridging of privacy because there would want to know the transaction going on with a particular address so to be able to know the percentage of tax there will place on it's user, whereas things like this is supposed to be personal.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: What is better - cryptocurrency trading or investing? on: August 15, 2021, 03:29:54 AM
At all times bitcoin remains profitable for both the long term and the short term, it all depends on the individual how smart are you in terms of buying, to always be profitable you buy low and sell high, as a long term investor you wait for the appropriate time to come before buying, don't be in a rush, wait for low prices to come then you buy, the truth is no matter how bitcoin falls in prices it will still increase, it's just a matter of time.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could crypto replace government? on: August 15, 2021, 03:23:37 AM
That was beyond thinking and futuristic but that won't happen. Governments will never allow this to happen, they might take some of the advance technologies and adopt it for the good.

But I just can't see that this is going to happen and a government will try to apply this with their system. Maybe for some small states and cities, they can do this but it's just too much to think of it.
The truth here is government wouldn't want to have anything doing with crypto talk more of using a system like this, the taught is nice and if it's been applied to our normal routine in an election surely there did be fair and corruption free elections, but no matter what the government won't even think of doing that even tho they see a light or great importance in it, and let's be realistic here the government itself loves corruption, say no more.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for newbies loss in bitcoin on: August 15, 2021, 03:14:54 AM
No doubt this are the pure reasons to which newbies lose to bitcoin, if there follow the due process by acquisition of knowledge there won't be no much losses, being informed helps us to be able to maximise our profits and limit our loss. It's better to learn and be informed before jumping in to the crypto space to avoid unnecessary loss or doing things ignorantly.
