1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: April 16, 2018, 09:06:43 AM
Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink

,
I guess,it could be both. Bitcoins could be a currency and an asset. It could be a currency because it transfers funds online and is easy to use. It could also be an asset but I may say that you would need time for all.
Well I agree with you,  Bitcoin’s are not being used as a currency,  even though other crypto currencies also not used worldwide. So accordingly me,  Bitcoin’s to become an currency will take some time and till than it can only be used as an asset.  As by selling it a person can get a money. Which he or she can used to buy things..  Bitcoins is more like an asset
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons Why We Should Love Bitcoin on: March 23, 2018, 05:54:35 AM
Well bitcoins is itself a talk now in the market.  Anyone who is having a share of bitcoins know how much they love it.  Bitcoins is the first crypto currency,  we should be very thankful to the satoshi Nakamoto for introducing this in our lives.  Bitcoins always surprised us either by its increasing market rates or by the huge wave in it.  Bitcoins is become the most reliable and trustworthy crypto currency compare to the others.  As bitcoins allow their users easy transactions.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: March 23, 2018, 01:07:30 AM
Well I think bitcoins in college is a good idea.  As with the rate bitcoins is going.  It needs to taught about it to our next generation. As cryptocurrency are the future of our world which will soon going to be true.  So I believe at least a minimum and a basic level of knowledge should be given about bitcoins.  And other cryptocurrencies.  In the developing countries most importantly need to teach this.  As it will allow them to understand it well.  And they can use it wisely in future.  As the scans in which traders get trapped can be minimised and hence it can lead to development.

Talking about today scenario, bitcoin is a asset according to me.  Because bitcoin are showing a rapid increase in the prices. In every second, there is a increase in the prices of bitcoins.
Bitcoin started from 2009 with a very small amount but now it reach to such a high price.  Its nonetheless a assets.
But there are possibilities that in future, bitcoin will be used as a great currency.  We can not deny from the advantages bitcoin comes with.
So there is sure chances of price raising and growth in  bitcoins.
Many big names and forums are join and investing in bitcoins.
Infact many people exchanging money in  other currencies in exchange of bitcoins.
Nobody can predict the future, but we can predict present and bitcoin is a good investment and have potentially capable.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: October 17, 2017, 04:34:20 AM
If u get a bitcoin as a gift,  that  person is an idiot or I am very close to them.  Because bitcoin is such a precious and valued thing.  Its prices are increasing daily.. Has high potential economically.
And bitcoin is a one time investment.
Well if I get It from someone I will keep it  and use it when I need money or when I find that it's right time to spend it.
And if I give it as a gift,  that that person will be very close to me..
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: October 17, 2017, 02:46:57 AM
Well, who don't like to earn more money,  whether is a billionaire or a poor.  Recently in an interview bill gates also said that bitcoin is the future of the currency.  He finds a great potential in bitcoin.
Even mark Zuckerberg also rumoured to invest in bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a hot topic of now in economy.  Its rapid popularity and increasing growth is attracting many young entrepreneurs and very big names of multinational companies are investing in it.
Therfore,  I strongly believe that billionaire should invest in it.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN misconceptions on: October 17, 2017, 01:53:45 AM
Misconceptions about bitcoin are.
First there is a misconcept that we need to buy a whole bitcoin,  which is not true.  You can buy a portion or fraction of bitcoin.
Second bitcoin don't have a intrinsic value.  It value is because all us value because of the trade possible in million of people.
Third bitcoin can also be shut down,  as big companies lost share they shut down,  chances that it's too ca  be shut down.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: October 17, 2017, 01:43:27 AM
It's is not a Just statement,  a somehow truth.  The growth of crypto currency has surprised every one.  Even big entrepreneurs like bill gates find scope in bitcoin.
Bitcoin has increasing with such a great rate in this limited time span.
Bitcoin advantages has surprised everyone.
Bitcoin has great potential in future for making money.
Crypto currency has been in great demand but its supply is limited.
Bitcoin is the future of our economy.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: October 17, 2017, 01:21:58 AM
I don't think so it's is possible.  Bitcoin is not a magical sword that would cut the poverty.
Bitcoin is a crypto currency it is gain by those who have already a income.  And or those who are mining it.
Infact I don't think it will make any effect on poverty.
Poverty is a way different concept.
It has become a part that has to remove need a lot of strict attempts.  And which can't be possible only be the efforts of government.  So I don't think bitcoin will make any difference in poverty.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: Does this mean Cash will be extinct? on: October 17, 2017, 12:43:24 AM
I think it's too ambitious,  this is not going to happen in coming 50 60years. Bitcoin is limited in market.
And replacing paper money can't be that easy.
Possibilities are that in the world of digital media,  May we depends more on credit cards but replacement of cash is hard to find.
Cash money is the basic root of any country's economy,  so eradication of cash us still sounds impossible.
But you never know what future has in its store for us.
11  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: October 17, 2017, 12:30:38 AM
I think that one currency over worldwide is a good idea.
As today different countries have different currencies, which leads to these banks and transaction companies to earn their bread as when we transfer money from one currency to another,  these companies or organisation get some share of it,  if there is a single currency a person don't need to depend on these banks.  Transaction will be easier.
But it's has its disadvantages also.
As single currency will give chance to smugglers to smuggle more easily.
And there will be increased in corruption also.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: October 17, 2017, 12:21:04 AM
I think bitcoin has given aid to some unemployed people, but a person can not be fully depend on the bitcoins for employment.  As we have no surety of how long will bitcoin lasts.
So I don't think it is permanent solution for employment.
I don't think that bitcoin  reduces the unemployment,  as the person can not depend on the bitcoins completely.
And most of the people using bitcoin are usually those who are settled and have a good source of income from other sources and have chosen bitcoin for second source of money.
Bitcoin is a increasing growth investment.  But it don't have any much role in reducing unemployment.
But it has a tremendous future scope.  May be as it's increasing demand raises people will start employing people under them for mining bitcoins.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: October 16, 2017, 01:58:13 AM
If u want ni investment and earn a bitcoin.
First you need to know some programming languages like php and u need to know a lot more about hardwares and software and have a proper knowledge of computer.
For earning bitcoin you can mine them.
But for mining bitcoin you need big strong computers.
And knowledge of that.  And a lot more time.  Because mining a bitcoin is a time consuming process..  It may takes time from days to months.
As bitcoin is an increasing growth concept, investment in it is not an bad idea.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: October 16, 2017, 01:23:37 AM
First time I heard about bitcoin is from my friends.  I find it interesting and keep a research on it.  And I find that it's a very good concept.  Crypto currency is now very popular.  They are having a large increasing growth pattern.  And their popularity is increasing day by day.
And you can mine it also.  And now many big countries accepts bitcoins.
People like bill gates also said in their interviews that they believe bitcoin ha sir a great future.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: October 11, 2017, 10:43:39 AM
I think buying bitcoin is profitable.  As its prices are keep on increasing.  And it's a good investment.  You can create your own bitcoin by mining.  You can exchange bitcoin with others for the things either a pizza,  a car or anything without involving any third party like bank or online wallet.
